Two and a half months

I am a HUGE planner but I am still undecided on what to do this year for my son's 3rd birthday. We did a generic 1st birthday and had about a dozen people over and last year was generic too (and very small) but I did get some Elmo mylar ballons at Dollar Tree and a cake with dogs on it (which he was into last year). He is into just about every PBS show so I don't know. I'm not a big "theme" person his room isn't even themed just brown and blue. I know one day he will WANT something so I will wait til then. If we are out and he sees something he REALLY wants we may do that but I am thinking we just get regular Happy BIrthday plates and stuff

my husband used to be an inline speed skater, so we took our daughter to the roller rink where he used to train as a kid. Bella loved skating and by the end of the night she wanted to it all by herself, no holding hands, no help when she fell down, she even played limbo with the older kids. we are having her 3rd b-day party at the rink for our families and close friends, so about 50-60 people, we both have rather huge families. Her b-day is the first day of spring, so we usually go with a flowers/butterflies/sping theme.

Madalynn loves to be outside so we will wait a couple of weeks and have her party outside at a great near by park with family and a couple of her close friends. She has already picked out her Dora cake and party supplies. She also wants a big party hat. (Hopefully will be easy to find). We are excited. Happy Birthday to your little one!!

My daughter has been excited about her birthday since mid dec as she knew that her birthday was after her brothers (which was 23rd Dec)! She has the whole thing planned lol! She wants a princess party with crowns and a big beautiful princess cake! My goodness she is sooooo excited that she has me researching nd planning already lol!! Happy Birthday to your littlies!!

Well, I'm not entirely sure yet. We'll be moving that month and finally be paying off some debt, not to mention that hubby ends his training (out of province) for his new job the day before our son's birthday, but I definitely want to do some sort of party. The zoo around here is free in the winter months, so I'm hoping to go out there for a few hours, then maybe out to dinner, have a cake, get a few presents...nothing huge.
We only actually know 2 other families with kids around the same age, so we'll definitely be inviting them (cousins with kids VERY close in age, the youngest only a couple days older than my youngest :P and also friends that we'll be living with whose kids are 2 months younger than my oldest and 5 weeks younger than my youngest :P)
We also have some older family that we'll probably invite to dinner, but it won't be a big deal if they can't.don't want to come.
Torin will at least have one friend his age to have fun with (kinda hard to bail when ya live together XD) and that's what really matters :)
