My 4 month old weighed 15lbs, 5oz (80th percentile) and was 25.5 inches tall (90th percentile). Dr. said he is doing great and has good muscle tone. Nothing close to being overweight.

Lol if you're worried thats overweight Gemma... my son is 4 months today and weighs 18-19lbs :) He's not that long so as you can imagine.. he's a hefty boy. I'm still nursing though and my Dr. just reassures me that you can't overfeed a breastfed baby and surprisingly enough, he doesn't even nurse a crazy amount. Every 2.5 - 3 hours during the day and about 5-6hrs at night so thats pretty typical I'd think.

every baby is different! my baby is 4 & 1/2 months and hes 21lbs! and hes not overweight! he is very tall and a big built! I keep hearing that he looks like a 8 month old! I was even asked if he was 6 months when he was just hardly 2 months! and on the other side my niece is 9 weeks older then my baby and shes 13lbs! and shes not under weight shes just going to be very petite...its like asking if Shaq and Paris Hilton are the same weight! not everyone is the same!
