4 month stats!

Our girl was born at 9 lbs 3 oz, 21 3/4 in tall. At her 4 month visit she was 13 lbs 4 oz, 26 1/2 in tall.. We don't use sleepers because she is so tall and skinny.. we just put her in gowns and call it a night!!

I took Konnor in for his 4 month old check up on July 12 and he weighed 15lbs 9 1/2 oz and he was 25 inches long but we was 6lbs 9 oz and 18 inches long when he was born and then lost almost 3 pounds before he gained weight..you have a little chubby bubby on your hands lol

my son micah was born March 30... he was born at 8lbs 1 oz and 21 inches long.... now (as of his appt last week), he is 15lbs 11oz, 25 3/4 inches long!!!!

My sweet baby, Kylie was born on March 25th and she weighed 9lbs 4 oz and was 20 3/4 inches long. At her 4 month wellcheck she was 17lbs 9oz and 25 1/2 inches long! She's getting so big!!

Crosby was born March 31st and weighed 8lb. 3.3oz. Last week at his 4 month well check, he weighed 15lb. 7oz. and 25 inches long. he's up to size 3 diapers, partly because they were getting tight but also because he was having blowouts left and right! I don't gauge his size by clothing sizes because some of his 0-3 month clothes still fit, while others don't... heck, he has a pair of premie shorts that still fit!

Lily was born on March 22nd and she was 9 lb. 8 oz. and 22 1/2 inches long. She went for her 4 month visit today and she is 14 lb. 3 oz. and 26 inches long... she's a tall girl!

My son was born on March 4 and he weighed 6lbs 2oz and 19 3/4 inches long. When we went in for his 4 month check he was 15lbs 1oz and 23 3/4 (i think the length is right). He is in most 6/9 month onsies and sleepers, but he can still fit into 3/6 month pants.

My DD was 1 long and 8lb9oz at birth, March 3rd.. She has slowed up a little on weight gain, at her 3 month she was 11lb3oz, and at her 4 mth she was 11lb11oz. We had to add more formula and she has a followup tomorrow to see if she put any more one.. She also has reflux, which WAS worse when she was younger and packing on the lbs, now that it seemed to get better she is slowing down... confusing..
She is in 3 mnth and 3-6 mnth clothes right now.

just had a dr appt today.. she was 22inches long , 9lbs 7oz at birth.. she is now 14.4 oz and 26 1/2 cm long. fits size 6mon onsies and 9 month sleepers

My Son was 5.9lbs and 19 inch long at birth. At the docs today he weighed 15lbs 12oz and 25.2' long. He wears 3-6m clothes and size 3 diapers.

Liam was born March 2 (2.5 weeks early) 6 lbs 10oz 20 inches. Is now 16 lbs 2 oz and 25 inches. He can still fit in 3-6 m clothes but 6-9 seems to be a better fit all around.

My little girl was born on 3/19 at 7lbs 15oz and 21" long. She is now 12lbs 10oz and 25" long. Her weight is 25%, and 75% for height. She is still in NB for onsies and shorts and 3/6 mos for footed PJs but is starting to stretch them for length.

Well I am so proud of my little man!! He was 8 weeks early (born March 13th). He was 4lbs 7oz 18 inches at birth. His 4 month check was Tuesday and he weighs 15lbs 12oz 24 1/2 inches!

He is in some 0-3 and some 3-6 month clothes:) What a little trooper!!

my lil girl was born march 15th 5lbs 3oz 18in she was three weeks earlyand her 4 month check up is on monday but three weeks ago she was 11lbs 6oz 24in long so i say she is 12 something by now....boys are just bigger then girls i think

My baby was born at 7lb 12oz & 19.5 inches, at her 4month check up she was 13lb 1.5oz & 25 inches :] I put her 0-3month clothes away last week.

My little man is 15.1 lbs and 26.5 inches tall at his 4 month check up. He was born 3/7 at 8 lbs and 20.5 inches...he is wearing 6 month pj's and pants now because he is so tall :)

my son born on march 16th, he was 3.5kg (7.8lb).two weeks ago i took him for check up, and he was 27inches and 15.6lb weight.
we dress him already 6-9months sleepsuits and jeans (trousers), tops still ok for 3-6months. he is not fat but tall like his daddy

My little munchkin bday is 3-9 and she was 7 lbs 6oz. now she is 13lbs 7oz and 24 1/4". She is growing quite a bit slower than my boys. By 2 months old they were out of 0-3 mos. clothes. She still fits in most of her 0-3 mos. outfits.

Brighton is almost 16 pounds and about 25 inches. She has been able to wear 3 3-6 and 6-9.. some bigger stuff too. Babies sizes are WEIRD

Our little girl was born March 12 at 6lbs 13oz and 19 inches long. Today at her 4 month check up she was 10lbs 3oz and 24 1/4 in long. She has just outgrown her Newborn clothes and is able to wear 0-3 now, she would still fit in the newborn clothes but she is to long now. Hoping she starts to put more weight on soon though because she has to go in for surgery around 8-9ish months.

My Son Was Born March 23rd ( 3 Weeks Early) At 6 Lbs & 13 Oz 21 Inches Long & Has Not Went For His 4 Month Until The 23rd But Was Just Checked 2 Weeks Ago & Was 13lbs & 1 Oz & 24 1/2 Inches Long.

WOW! My lil one (not so little now hehe) is 15 pound 4 oz and 67cm long at his 4 month checkup a few days ago. He was born March 4 at 9pound 8oz and 54cm. He is in the crawler size nappies and some 00 or 3-6month clothing but also the next size up size 0.

yeah, I'm almost 5'9' and my bf is 6'3", so Will will probably be tall. I am just hoping my daughter takes after me instead of my ex so she can be tall, too. :)

My son is 12 pounds and 10 ounces now and over 25 inches long, born March 4th he was 8 pounds and 2 ounces and 19.64 inches long. I'll have to double check the exact length, which was measured two days ago...



He's just gotten into the 3 month size in the last few weeks. And that is only because of his length, as weight wise he can fit into the newborn onsies. The doctor told us that he's not going to be very tall, which I already knew because of our heights...
