I'm pretty sure my daughter is teething. She sucks her thumb non stop, bf is beginning to hurt, she puts everything in her mouth, she's chewing on her tongue and the ultimate sign (this is my 2nd child) her bottom gums are folding over.

my baby boy was born on march 27th he started teething about 2 1/2 mos. it's drool galore!!! hes starting to go through shirts aday now. I read that a baby can get teeth around 4mos and sometimes earlier then that, but it is rare that they get teeth at birth and/or 1-2-3mos.

Thank god for that. We were talking about this the other day. Ava was born on the 8th & is trying to chew everything. She is a little grizzly at the mo but loves it when she chews my fingers. I think they are just a bigger target for her. Lol.

My daughter was born the 5th of March and I think she may be teething also. She has been drooling so much since about two weeks ago. She loves to suck on her thumb and even sometimes several fingers at a time. When I carry her, she even tried to suck on my arm and I end up with drool all down my arm, hehehe. But I have yet to see any teeth breaking through.

My daughter was born on the 21st so I'm expecting her to start teething soon. She sucks on her fists and fingers and is drooling a lot. Sometimes she lets out a little cry both when awake and when she's asleep.

my daughter is as well and refuses anything but her fists or our thumbs to chew on. I feel like I am turning her into a tylenol junkie and try to only give it to her when she is really miserable. I read someone's post about the orajel tablets, perhaps I will try that too.

My daughter was born on the 13th and I think she is teething also. She constantly has her first in her mouth and i have given up on bibs bc it soaks through to her clothes anyways. The teething tablets have helped the most I think.

My son was born 3-4 and he has 2 teeth on the top, and 1 on the bottom. He drools constantly and has those nasty teething diapers. While I believe they are teeth, the drs at Riley Childrens Hospital told me they COULD be Epstine pearls. I don't know how you tell the difference, and they said could be, so maybe they don't either. ;)

My daughter was born the 26th and is teething. Ill have to say the teething tables work wounders but get them by the pharmacy not in the baby isle because they are cheaper and u get more in them. Also ive been told not to use baby oragel because it makes the gums tougher and cause the teeth to have a harder time coming threw. :)

I believe my baby is teething also, as he shoves his fist in his mouth constantly and is always covered in drool. He doesn't like teething rings however, and he doesn't seem to be in pain...yet...

My daugter was born on March 2nd and i can feel 2 teeth on the top. They haven't popped yet, but she is constantly chewing her fist, drooling and she likes chewing on me (I breastfeed) she doesn't like theteething toys though, so she has a tendency to get really fussy.... I've been told that the teething tablets are way better than Baby Oregel and she seems to calm down shortly after i give her 2. I was told that Baby Oragel toughens the gums and ends up being more painful, 'cause it takes longer for the teeth to pop that way. Since she likes the tablets, I don't bother with the oragel.
