My little one is rolling over now...it's hard to keep her still...lol! As for being worried if your baby rolls onto their tummy, I was freaked out about that. My husband and I walked into the room and she was face down in her pack n play. We had her 4 month check-up and I asked the pedi. She said that if the baby rolls over by themselves and they are around 3-4 months, you don't have to worry. She said that they can turn their head and know to breathe. I was crazy worried, but now she rolls over in her pack n play a lot...as long as she's sleeping, I don't care how it it...lol!

My son is 3 months and two weeks. He has been rolling over from tummy to back for almost a month. He is sooooo close to rolling over from back to tummy. I am not looking forward to that though. Then I have to worry about himm rolling over in crib onto tummy.

my baby was born mar 31 (3mo 1 week), and he just started rolling to his side yesterday. they say that babies usually start rolling over between 3-6 months, and not to worry about it unless she's 6 months old and is not seeming interested in rolling or moving at all. it's hard not to think about it though, you just want to encourage them so much.

Just wait it will happen any day...mine just rolled onto her tummy today...I helped her roll over over the weekend and she just did it on her own...do you have one of those jungle floor gyms? I put my baby in there daily and loves to move around....

My little guy is 4 months today and he doesn't rollover. At around 1 1/2 months he would roll off of his tummy time pillow because he didn't like tummy time, but now that we found a toy that he loves to play with at tummy time he doesn't roll off the pillow anymore, lol. And he has rolled over from tummy to back without the pillow but it was always on my bed and never flat on the floor, but I can't say that he DOES rollover. Is there anything we can do to help this?

As we were talking about babies rolling to their sides, it made me think. My daughter sleeps on her left side, and when I was pregnant, I slept mostly on my left side. Does anyone else see any similarities on the sides their babies lay on? Just wondering...probably just random, but I was curious...haha! :)

My daughter is three and a half months old and has been rolling tummy to back for quite awhile now and now over the past 2 week has been rolling from her back to tummy. Her ped. was absolutely amazed that she can not only do one but both directions! She said at this age, its very advanced for any baby to be rolling in either direction so, dont worry about it :)

My son will be 4 months on the 8th and he hasn't rolled over yet either. He is doing the same (roll up onto his side). I wouldn't worry too much about it. If she is rolling up onto her side, then it will be only a matter of time before she is rolling over. I have a daughter who is 13 now and she didn't roll over until between 5 and 6 months=)

my LO was born mar 31st. she isnt rolling from back to tummy yet but will roll from back to side...usually the right. she has rolled from tummy to back a few times but i think mainly because her arms just happened to be down at her side when she wiggled a certain way. lately, however, when she starts to be "done with" tummy time and is getting upset about it she starts to kick one of her legs more and acts like she wants to roll over. it will come when shes ready. all babies are diff and will do things in their own time.

My baby will roll from stomach to back but only if her arms are posistioned just write when I put her on her stomach for tummy time. She does not go from back to tummy at all and won't even get to her side.......she just doesn't have the desire!

If you look at any developmental charts, this is a skill that is considered 'advanced' at 3 months...

I have this chart printed and hanging on the fridge, so I know what to look for, and what to work on with my son.
Hope this helps!

My little one has been rolling from her back to her stomach for about a month now. She also sleeps on her left side and she only rolls over to the left...lol! She would get so mad because she would get on her stomach and then couldn't roll herself back over. Just this past week she started rolling back over from her stomach to her back. She was born on March 2nd, by the way.

but all babies are different, she'll do it in time :)
