I am 16 weeks pregnant and my doctor told me that I have severe morning/all day sickness. I feel like I am going to die sometimes.. They wrote me out Zofran (it is also used for cancer patients) and it seems to be working so far better than anything. I have only been on it for a week and can see alot of difference. I hope you feel better!! It sucks to feel that bad.. :(

I was the exact same for the first 10 weeks of my pregnancy. I basically spent the entire time in bed vomiting and my diet consisted of soda crackers and flat gingerale which eased the nausea slightly. What really settled my stomach was when my OB prescribed a pill called Diclectin. I am not sure exactly what's in it but I know it contains vitamin b. It's completely safe to take during pregnancy and really helped to calm my stomach. Hope this helps :)

So far I've tried the anti nausea liquid, B 6 shots, eating every hour, the best thing I have found are the sea bands. I found mine at walgreens but they apply presure to a presure point on the wrist and I love them! If I eat small meals frequently and wear them it really helps me. Also I was told sour fruit candies help sucking on them slowly is supposed to settle the tummy but I haven't tried this one yet. Good luck Hun I feel for ya!

I'm not sure how far along you are. But if you eat small meals often, like every hour, (anything you can keep down, a cracker even) it tends to help. Ginger is also a natural anti-nausea. You can get ginger cookies, soda and even suckers. Hope that helps!
