I have a one month old baby boy and he always seems to pee right through his diapers. We have tried pampers newborn and huggies newborn and neither seem to be working for him. Anyone have any suggestions on which diaper to use?

My son is also one month old, we used pampers newborn for a while because my mum bought us loads but he would always wee right up his back. We now use huggies cuddle fit and they keep him dry day and night, my sister in law always said huggies were best for boys and pampers for girl, she has one of each.

The trick that I have learned is that if they are peeing through diapers and into clothes that you should bump up the size of diaper that your baby wears. Has worked great for me so far. =D

we had the same problem with huggies and pampers newborn. As soon as we switched him to size 1 in huggies he stopped peeing through. It could be the size and I thought maybe it was because of the cut out area for the belly button in newborns

My son is also a little over 1 month! We actually love LUVS & the great thing is they are almost $2 cheaper! We have had that same problem for the last few weeks and the new diapers have worked wonders:) There was a few nights I was up every hour changing a completely soaking wet baby boy, GOOD LUCK!

I use Pampers Swaddlers. I had the same problem with wetting and then made sure he was pointing down, problem solved. I have used the Target brand for my 18month old but I'm not sold on them yet.

My son did that all the time, it would come right out the top and side of the dipper, try pointing his weenie down when you change him, and make sure the dippers are on propper especially on the sides and that they are on tight!

My son is just shy of 2 years old now...but when he was born I tried Pampers, Loves, and Huggies diapers. I liked the Pampers swaddlers the most. Make sure you are using the right size. If you are still using newborn size you may need just to go to a size 1 even though his weight is still in the NB range.

There are diapers specifically for nighttime that don't leak as much. i don't know if they make them as young as newborn though. i use them for my 19 month old. My 1 month son is starting to wet through at night too. I think I'm just going to start putting him in size 1 diapers instead of newborn.

used pampers swaddlers with my son as well one thing I learned was when I diapered my son was to make sure his boy parts were pointing down into the diaper because if it isn't we would end up with a very wet shirt!

my little guy is about 7 weeks old and we've had the best luck with the pampers swaddlers...we tried huggies because a friend had some leftover newborn ones and everytime he wore one of those, his whole right side got soaked. we also tried another store brand (publix) but didn't like those. he's also been in the size one for a few weeks now and he's about to move into size two!

most that i spoke with when i was deciding on a diaper brand said pampers swaddlers. =D but my sister swears by the store brand, i.e. heb, walmart, target and loves them. maybe its the size your using, my daughter is 6 weeks old and has been wearing size 1 since about 3 wks old.
