my son is seven months old and has six teeth. hylands teething tablets are the best when comes to teething. its the only thing to calm him down.

My daughter was born on March 31st, and she got the first tooth two weeks ago. She is teething now also, we are expecting the other tooth. She is nervouse, always chewing her hands and toys. I use orajel at the night and nursing more often than usual. She also likes liqid toys chilled in freezer. Good luck!

My daughter i 6 months n she is getting her first tooth also. She is doing really well ut i give her teething tablets n they do wonders. She tries to chew them up. I also give her tylenol when her teeth really bugs her. Im still nursing also.

Hyland's Teething tablets work wonders. Also try a frozen waffle. Those help my daughter! Orajel is helpful as well!

Alycia has been teething since 3 months but nothing has come through. She not really in much pain she's just a drool machine and chews on EVERYTHING. She was 6months on Sept 24th.

We had our first two teeth at 4 months, one on Tuesday and one on Wednesday. We are currently beginning teething again for our 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th teeth. We have found that teething gel, cuddling, feeding upon command and teething toys have been working. If they spike a low-grade fever, tylenol will help as well. Teething rings or a wet washcloth that has been cooled in the freezer are useful as well.

Freeze a wet wash cloth and let him chew on that, and there are also homeopathic drops, I believe they are called camelia ??? those are fantastic!

my son is six months old he has one tooth on the bottom i dont use orajel cause i heard the tooth will go back in the gum i dont know if it is true this is what i heard so i dont use it on him i use the teething tablets and the infants tylenol

My daughter just got her 1st tooth at 6mos 1 week. Her 2nd is just under the gum line and ready to break through any day now too. She has been working on them for over a month now. Very rarely has she showed issues with her teething outside of drooling and chewing on her fists. My son was REALLY bad with his teething: 6 teeth at 6mos old. With him I used infant Motrin, baby swing for naps and night time since he got really congested from teething, lots of diaper rash cream for his butt and chin...he HATED the teethers and Orajel.

my daughter started early. at her 4mo checkup she had a tooth coming in. baby orajel is good to rub on or you could give some motrin. And teething rings and things they can chew on is really good.

My son is 6months and he got both bottom front teeth at 3.5 months and the top front four teeth at 5months. I found that the best help was a cool wet wash cloth for him to chew on and lots of patience. Bibs are also handy because they dribble a lot at this stage. watch out as well because they will try and bite you and it can hurt!! GOOD LUCK!!

My daughter got her first 2 teeth within a week of each other and she was only 4 1/2 months. scared me something crazy that my baby had teeth. the only problems we had was she refused to feed cause the teet on her gums hurt. but once they were through she was back to her normal self. all i can suggest is panadol, bonjela and either a cold teething ring or a cold face washer for him to chew on.

I didn't even know Isaac was teething until his two bottom teeth showed up at the same time when he was 5 months, 9 days old. But man he's hurting for the top ones! Wants to be held all the time, drools like crazy and is always chewing on something. I try everything I can before giving him Tylonol. We have a natural liquid too called Camilia but it doesn't seem to work as well.

Hi. My son is 6 months old and has one tooth through and one more coming in soon. I never give him OraGel because it's horrible! Everything except for the affected area gets numb; especially the tongue area. I make sure I give him lots of toys to chew on. I have also have rubbed his gums with a small amount of (drinking) alcohol with a Q-Tip. If you're worried about using that, mouth wash works just as well. The alcohol deadens the nerve endings so the teething process is less painful. I was told to do this by my older sons' (old school) doctor. It worked well for my other two boys. I hope this helps!

My daughter is 6 months 1 week. When we were at the pediatrician last week she pointed out a white spot on her gums and said she'd be getting a tooth soon. I didn't tell her I saw that spot at least 2 months ago. Baby doesn't seem distressed, cranky, etc. Only sign is that she is loving to chew on everything she can get her gums on. I've been blessed with a pretty happy baby overall so I'm hoping her good temperament will get us both through teething when it happens.

My daughter -6 months 2 weeks old - had been working on her first tooth now for over a month. It has been the LONGEST month of her life. The teething process for her is not going well. She is in ALOT of pain from it, and is just miserable at times. I have been giving her orijel to sooth her gums, and giving her tempra at times as well. Seems to all be helping and hopfully soon enough this tooth will pop through the whole way.

My baby girl was born on March 5th, she has been a bit fuzzy for a week now but no teeth yet! I do give her a cold theething ring and I massage her lower gum with my finger dipped in cold water.

My little guy is getting the first one all of the way through. He has had swollen gums since he was 3 months! UGH!! I was told to use a wet wash cloth and rub on his gum to aid it in getting throuogh. Also vanilla on the cloth. I am not sure how this helps, but it must!! And you can always call your ped to see if they recommend tylenol for the pain. I give my little guy just a couple of drops, especially before bed.

My son was born March 10th and has been teething since he was 3 months old. The top of his gums are all swolen, not one tooth has come yet, just waiting on them to push through!

My little girl is 6 1/2 months old and has her 2 bottom teeth coming in right now..I give her orajel during the day and tylenol before bed....Munchkin makes a mesh self feeder that has a handle and locks. I put an icecube in there for her to chew on and that helps her alot....and teething rings.

Bennett got his two bottom teeth this weekend. Very exciting! I guess that must be why last week he had a 102 fever and the poops...

What age can you start the teething biscuits? We just started solids last week, Mr. B is 6 months old tomorrow.

It's so funny how every baby is different, my baby girl was born March 11(6 months a a bit) and she has no teeth. She's probably teething but she rarely cries so I would never know!

My son has been teething for about 2 months now and his top canine are about to come thru!! And the canine are the most painful to come in but he has been soo good thru all of it, he loves to chew everything and the teething tablets help alot, he hated orajel because it made his tongue numb and just seemed to piss him off more. His canines are almost in and his 2 front top teeth are coming in too along with the bottom side teeth lol but a cold damp clothes he likes too and btw he is 6 months born March 24th : )

My son is 6 months old and his bottom teeth are nearly coming through. I wish they would hurry up. Im starting to hate these sleepless nights. 1 night he will be good and sleep 8-10 hours, so you do the same as you did before and he has a terrible night. Up every couple of hours. I wish I knew what would make the teething process tolerable.

my boy got his botton two teeth at 4 months and at 5 months his top 4 teeth came in at the same time. The poor boy was being attacked by teeth. He wolnt use orajel but cool washcloths and teething rings and my clean fingers help a lot.

The berry flavored orejel baby teething medicine worked wonders. Also try the liquid toys and put it in the freezer to chill it. The toy can numb the painful gums.

my son got 2 teeth within 10days he was 4 an a half months when he got his first tooth and now his top teeth are slowly coming through. i used nurofen hylands teething tablets and brauer teething liquid ll of which helped him with teething he refused to have teething rings but now when hes teething he has rusks aswell which help!

My son is now 6 months old and he started teething at 4 and half months and he had 2 teeth on the bottom poke through by 5 months. I used baby orajel, he won't take teething rings. He also likes a cold wet face cloth. My first son really like the vibrating teething rings. As he got older. In the beginning I didn't even now he was cutting teeth. I also notice with my 6 month old he loves to be held and talked to and sang to when his teeth are bothering him he's working on the top two now!

My son (born March 11) got his first bottom tooth when he was exactly 5 1/2 months old and got his second bottom tooth 11 days later. He is now working on the top one which seems to be a lot more painful and a lot more stubborn. What I used was teething rings, wetting a cloth with cold water and letting him chew on it, I let him chew on anything that was safe to and if it got really bad to where I was all out of ideas I would give him a little bit of infant tylenol and that seemed to help. Every baby is different though just like every tooth! The one I'm dealing with is FAR worse than the other two he's gotten up until this point. Good luck :)

My son is teething now too. He is about 5 1/2 months as well. When he is having a bad time with it we give him "Hyland's Teething Tablets." He likes those. On really bad nights we will give him Tylenol (advised by his pediatrician to do so). Most of the day he is good. He also likes a cool wash clothes and teething rings.

Jack had two teeth pop up overnight almost a month ago. I'm afraid he's been really good in comparison to some horror stories I hear about teething so I have no first hand advise! I'm still nursing and I've given him teething bisquits, which he loves!
