How to get my baby to sleep at the baby sitters

I have to go back to work early so I desided to bring my baby to a baby sitters home for day care but when she is there she will not sleep. she is so tired and so fussy but will not stop crying when she is put down for a nap. She gets her self so worked up she will not settle down at all. I put her down for a nap in her crib at home and some times she will cry but she will fall asleep after a few min, I just let her cry here but at the baby sitters she will cry for a hour and not settle I have been there with her to get her use to being in day care so im there with her. I dont know what to do to stop it I have to go back to work in less then a month. What do I do to get her to sleep?

Thank you I will give that a try I hope it works she wont sleep any where but at home and in the car.

Have you tried giving the sitter HER blanket to put in the crib there to sleep on? When ever I go to visit my parents (300 miles away) I have to bring my daughter's crib blanket so it has HER smell on it and she sleeps much better then. I also have a CD that I put on for my daughter at nap/night time, which I also bring with me when ever she is to sleep else where. At this age though they start to go through a separation anxiety and a fear of strangers.
I also just started to watch a 4mos old little girl and found that letting her sleep in the swing helped A LOT too.
