Yeah brushing babies gums or new teeth twice daily with just a soft cloth and water is fine, but they do sell little baby brushes and flouride free toothpaste however its not necesarry

yea you should be brushing them, you can get special toothpaste for milk teeth and cute little toothbrushes ideal for their lil mouths

they say at this age you dont need anything but a little water to brush them. if you do decide you want toothpaste get it fluoride free :o)

My son has his two bottom teeth too and is getting the top one right now. I have been brushing his teeth since he got them. I got a baby tooth brush and just use water. I also wipe out his mouth during the day with a warm cloth whenever I wipe his face to help get rid of any excess milk or food.

Def no tooth paste...a wet small towel and rub on the teeth and gums is good enough.

drs recommend no toothpaste until 3 years old. but yes you do start brushing their teeth now if you havent already with warm water. brush their gums too.

They have little finger brushes. If you do use toothpaste, use the kind without flouride. but you probably don't need toothpaste yet.
