my wee girl is 10weeks old she suddenly went from not sleep at all to sleeping all the time, someone at my husbands work said its just a stage evry baby goes through. is this true?

all babies are different... sometimes its just a phase- but from what i have heard around 3 months the sleep patterns they have sleeping alot or a little is usually a sign of how they will sleep over the next 6 or so months.
