I just wash my daughters under water, i wudnt use a wipe as i find little bit of the wipes come of. If i was you i would suck a babies pacifier as you have all sorts of germs in your body i would just use water to be honest.

we have become terribly slack with our second daughter. if it drops on the floor inside we just pick the fuff off, or if she gets to it before we do, it goes in fluff and all. if we are out it either gets some water washed over it or we give it a suck. ever thought that when a baby crawls on the floor they are crawling where our feet have been...sweating all day in shoes and socks...hmmm yum!

I rinse them when they hit the ground, and toss them in the dishwasher every couple of weeks.

I just ran them under tap water when they fell on the floor or put it in my mouth if it fell on the floor when were were out and couldn't get to a tap to rinse it. I don't use one with my son as he doesn't take them. But I think I maybe bought her new ones when it was time to upgrade to the next level of them for instince 0-3 months then 6+month ones. Also, my niece had the same paci's as my daughter so they may have gotten mixed up without knowing it but then my daughter only used them till she was 1.

I give a clean one every day, so every night i sterilize it with the bottles. If it falls, i just lick it clean... haha, i mean what is the worst that can happen! do dogs lick his hands anyway.

I just rinse mine in hot water....she is old enough now to just pick it up and put it back in her mouth, no matter where it has been and honestly I'm not too worried about her getting on off my floors in the house. I would be careful with wipe though...most wipes contain alcohol and while it would not be enough to really harm the baby you have to think that you are letting he/she put that into their system. Yikes!

I wash them nightly with hot soapy water along with all of the bottles. I always keep a clean one on hand in case they drop while we're out. I also sterilize them in boiling water weekly. My daughter still has a few from when she was born, but because they all look the same I don't know which ones those are. As long as you clean them daily with an antibacterial dish soap you'll be fine.

When my daughter was younger I used paci wipes and I heat sanitized them once a week. Now I just use water for the most part unless they fall on the ground outside or into something grossl. And I replace them every 4 weeks or so.

As far as I know, baby wipes aren't harmful, but I generally just use water. I know it's pessimistic, but the baby is constantly putting her hands on the floor and then sticking them in her mouth, so as long as it didn't fall outside, I don't worry too much about it.
