My little man has been sleeping through the night since he was 3 weeks old. He's formula fed and an solids. At the request of the specialist we changed his eating habits about 6 weeks ago, and nothing changed in his sleep habits.

Lately though he's been waking up every morning around 5:30/6 and being wide awake and hungry. I fed him and put him back to bed, I'd love for him to sleep through though again,

Do you think this is a growth spurt or a phase??

If you see this, leave this form field blank.

@ Lydia - he goes down for the night between 7 and 8, depending on how he's doing, i let him lead me. He is 27 weeks TODAY!! YAY he is amazing, he's been sleeping through the night since 3 weeks old, all on a routine that he put himself onto, cluster feeding in the early evening and then sleeping through, it's been great!!! he usually sleeps from between 7 and 8 pm through till 7 to 8am!!!

@ Janet - He stopped this one night and it was great, but now he's sick oh joy, so his sleeping has been so wonky its unreal!!! He's so congested he can barely breath, so he's constantly waking up, i'm using the snot sucker all the time and it's just crazy!!!! He is teething, chewing everything but he never did this with his first 2 teeth

must have been a growth spurt

There is a 6 month growth spurt (noticably more in breastfed babies though). If it doesn't stop in a few days then it may be something more, maybe even teething.

What time is he going to bed? How old is he? I'd LOVE it if the one time my 4 month old woke up was 5:30 or 6!
