My name is Chloe and I was born at 26 weeks and weighed just 2 pounds.. I spent the first 6 months of my life in the NICU in Childrens Hospital of the Kings Daughter. With my persistance and the care and compassion of the hospital staff I was able to leave the hospital and go home with my family.

I have been through so much so soon, but from my photo you can see I try not to let my size get in the way.
