Any one have a child that has Erbs Palsy???

I have a son that is now 3 and has Erbs Palsy in his left arm and only has 50% use of it. But he never lets it get in his way. He has leard to use his arm as good as he can. Just reaching out to see if anyone out there has a child with Erbs Palsy and how your child works with it?
