I'm trying to figure out if buying a jogging stroller is worth the money. Does anyone have one? What brands are good and what arent worth the money? I'm thinking under $200 here....

If you're an avid runner, you might want to consider a fixed front wheel jogging stroller. But if you intend to use the stroller for daily/regular activities too such as city walks, shopping etc, you might want to consider a swivel front wheel one. Here's the link to give you clearer picture, features, reviews, and including special price on several jogging strollers: http://jogging-stroller-reviews.net/

I ended up buying a tike tech jogging stroller, just took it out tonight actually. It works really well! Right now they are clearanced from over 300 to 170 cause they are changing models. Its comparable to the BOB ones too...

BOB strollers are wonderful. They have a swivel and locking wheel. They are a bit on the pricey side, but they are worth the money!

I have a Jeep Jogging Stroller I have been using for my son since he was a baby, I LOVE IT! Very durable...I had bought a less expensive one and when I used it I felt like the stroller was going to tip over. Then I got the Jeep one....works awesome. Only complaint is my front wheel is not a swivel, though I saw a newer model (glanced at it) and it may have changed!!!!.

Does it work well for running? I mean do the wheels stay stable and not shake? Is the handle at a good place?

It's probably not the best since it's not the most expensive, but I love everything about my Jeep stroller. It was inexpensive, it has speakers to plug in your mp3 or cd player (i use my phone), it folds down and fits in my jeep patriot just fine. It has cool weave fabric so my little one never gets sweaty in it. He's very tall for his age (39 inches, just turned 2) and the harness still fits him just fine. it has 4 cup holders and two side bags for diapers and other necessities as well as a big storage basket below. and my son loves the toy steering wheel console.
