He has always had problems with constipation and altho this is solved now, he is still pooing a small bit in his pants every day. Lately this has got alot worse and he is doing alot more than a little bit and alot more often...Its as if he dose not know he is doing it untill he has already done it... It would be great to hear from someone who has had the same problem as he is starting school is sept and cant if this continues...

He already has a diet full of bothof these things and is on lactose 20ml a day, He is not constipated any more and has not been for a while now. Your right he dose not know he is doing it which is why i feel there is something more serious wrong... Thank you

This is constipation! My son had the same although much younger. The bowel does push out involuntary poop when backed up. Your son probably does not know he is doing it. My doctor prescribed lactose (which can be bought over the counter) and it solved this within a few days. Lactose is a natural sugar which is gentle on the tummy. Try and add more fibre to his diet lots of vegetables and fruit, brown or wholemeal white bread and lots of water. This should stop this.
