My daughter has been at an in-home day care since three months. I love it and so does she.

I am a teacher, so my son has been in daycare since 6 weeks. When I first went back to work he went to an inhome daycare that was owned by a close family friend. When he was a year old we moved across the country and we chose to send him to a center instead. We pay quite a bit more but I love knowing that I do not have to worry about him while I am at work. They are wonderful! They are very involved in his care and development and he has the same teachers every day so we have the feel of an inhome daycare. He has done so well both socially and academically that we have never regretted the decision that we made!

Yes and no. I tried to work and she would not drink milk that was not breastmilk from the boob. So I am in home daycare for others. I love it and she has little friends to play with instead of only having mommy.

Yes, my son has been in child care since he was 7 weeks old, and goes full time. He loves going to school and seeing his classmates and teachers. I also love his provider too, she does a wonderful job!

Yes, our girls are in daycare 3 afternoons a week. My husband works 2nd shift and has Sunday and Monday off, and my parent watch the girls on Fridays. I work 1st shift and Saturday and Sunday's off.

My daughter has been in daycare 3 days a week since 8 months, she's now 23 months, and loves it. I love the accountablity that a centre has opposed to family daycare. She loves the social interaction, singing, dancing and all the different stimulating activities she has throughout the day. There's always a carer ready to give her a cuddle if she needs it.

I have a in-home daycare, so my 2 year old little girl gets both the interaction with other kids and mom. It was the only was I could stay home with her and not return to work.

No. I am a stay at home mom. I work about 4 hours a week, when my husband has the day off. So it's either him or I taking care of the kids.

I work out of my home, so I have my son with me at all times at home. I now have a 1 month old as well. I am thinking of attempting day care 2 days a week for my son this summer just so he can play with other kids as he doesn't get to see other kids otherwise.

My daughter goes to daycare, and she loves it! Very good for working on social skills and preparing for preschool!

No, my husband watches our son during the day. He can't find a job that would be more than daycare + gas, etc.
