Baby's should not eat fish before age 2. My pediatrician recomended starting with the simple fish like tuna, albacore, kids fav." fish sticks". These fish do not contain mercury or iodine which can cause severe reactions. shell fish are best left till past age 5 where they are more likely to handle the shell fish. Hope this helps.
