I'm DeeDee and I am excited to hear all about other babies born the same month as my little angel, Elianna, and see how far they have developed and what they can do. My little girl is alittle over 8 and a half months and she really hasn't been moving around that much. I'm a little concerned about how she is developing but everything else is fine. My friend had a baby about a month and a half after I had my little girl and their baby already has 3 teeth and my girl only has one. Also my baby just started to roll over and theirs is crawling already and pulling herself up on stuff. She is scheduled for an appointment tomorrow morning so I'm going to ask the Doc if this is normal. TTYL :)

Hey... Rhys isn't moving much either. He's been very strong from the word go, standing while leaning on us, pushing on his arms...

Having said that... He's not crawling, he can move, but doesn't like being on his tummy -  AT ALL - he can sit up, but rocks himself, therefore falling to the side after a while. I also have animals and worry about pet hair in his mouth or on his drooly face, so I put him on a blanket on the floor, which isn't good for hooking his feet on to start moving.

Rhys has one bottom tooth, just come through. My first born had his first tooth at 8 months, but then by 12 months he had all his teeth, but I know 2 1/2 year olds who still don't have all their teeth, everyone's different.

My first born also walked late - 14 months. But he's fine now. I'm may be a little distressing to begin with, but be warned, the relaxing ends when they start to walk, because they don't want to sit happily in the highchair anymore, they want to run around on the ground instead. They seem to get bored quicker. It's a new skill and they want to utilise it.

But any new milestones are adorable and exciting. Make sure you write them down, trust me. I did with my first, not so much with my second. Just too busy. I'm glad I did it with my first because I can compare it with my first and see their differences in personality too. It's fun.
