My son is 8 months tomorrow. I got him weighed today and he is 18 lb 11 oz. When he was born he was 4lb10oz. So he has gained 14lb1oz. How much does your little one weigh at 8 months compared to when they were born????

My son was 7lbs 12oz at birth at at his 9 month check up Tuesday he weighed 20lbs 14oz. Doctor said he was a little on chunky side, but nothing to worry about. He's 25% for height and 50% for weight

My Ian weighed 7 lb 10 oz at birth and at 8 months only weighed 16 lb 6 oz (>5th percentile). He is really active and the doctor said that it was OK.

My daughter is almost nine months. At birth she weight 6 lbs, 11ozs. She currently weighs around 22 lbs. My son was over 7 lbs. when he was born. At nine months he was already 32 lbs! Everybody is worried about having overweight babies. My son has slimmed down, but is still a big boy. I never worried about my babies being overweight...they are only babies!

At 8 months, Kaiden was about 17 or 18lbs.
But, she was also very small when she was born, weighing in at 4lbs 15oz and only 17 inches long.
