i would consult a lawyer that deals with family law, hire one if ya can, if not, qualify for legal help, usually counties ya live in have Pro Bono help, never used one, but have had friends that have....file paperwork to get him in your custody , call every night if you can for your son to hear your voice , dont give up

anything your ex has drugs, or abuse you , or something...you can have a witress who saw it all. court will believe your story you can fight for your son get back. TRY BRAVE MOM WHO CAN DO IT!

what?! I have a two daugthers with me, My ex's grandparents signing custody to me too. we have to go court because my ex's grandparents want see my kids but one thing i REALLY HATE my ex's MOM because she has two face anyways...My ex dont want the court but his parent force him to see my kids more time. Most time, he dont really see my kids alot cause he is working full day 8am to 630pm. I went to apply child support, he dont want the support child support well what can I say TOO BAD to him because kids are their father. he is stuck out and he want to make peace out with me but grandparents really want take my kids. they cant do that because kids are not their father. ONLY FATHER WHO CAN. so My ex let me keep them becasue he has hard time to take care of my kids. how sad.
