I use Ashton & Parsons teething powders before a feed and it works wonders its herbal so you can give it 3 to 4 times a day, if my little one is feverish i use 2ml paracetamol prescribed by his doctor, he's also got teething rings but prefers to chew towelling nappies or anything rough. We've tried the bonjela gel and he's just not into that at all.

I use Baby Motrin and Hyland's Teething tablets (these you can give throughout the day they are herbal). On days when it's really bad I will give him Baby Orajel and let him gnaw on the Qtip I put it on. The wash rag trick in the freezer seems to help too. I hate seeing him in pain!! I hope this helps!!

I use the infant motrin for my little guy. He just cut his 9th tooth (a molar)! Now when he sees the dropper for the motrin he gets all excited. My little guy does not like the cold teething rings or the baby origel.

Also try motrin if hes really fussy. Thats what we did and that seemed to help. Good luck my little on is teething right now and he's soo miserable.

I didn't try this with my son, but I read somewhere to fill a pacifier tip with water and put in the freezer. Then let baby suck on it.

My son didn't like the typical teething rings or anything cold. I tried the wash clothes, cold fruit, cold teething rings. The only thing he liked was this rubber foot my mom gave me. No idea where she got it but he loved knawing on the toes. Otherwise, tylenol and orajel worked the best for him. He's never been fussy when teething, so I didn't have too many issues. Just a restless/sleepless night here and there.

Twist up a wet washcloth and put it in the freezer for about an hour. Let your son chew on that afterwards.

I also used Infant Tylenol and Baby Anbesol for my son when he was teething the first time.
