What do you feed your baby for breakfast?

My 9 month old has been eating baby cereal (either mixed with water or formula) since he was about 4 1/2 months old for breakfast & before bed. I'm sure he's getting tired of it even though I give him different types.

Any suggestions on what I could give him for breakfast to kind of mix it up a bit?

I have given him some yogurt but other than that, it's been baby cereal everyday.

My baby girl gets yogurt, sliced up fruit, whole grain pancakes (no syrup), hard boiled or scrambled egg yokes, cottage cheese, toast, bagels with cream cheese. We didn't really do purees or the baby cereal so we have tried a nice variety of other things and those are some of her favorites!

I mix real oatmeal (not infant or instant) with weat germ, apple sause, chopped dried fruit, and grape juice.  Let it sit in the fridge over night to soften and get moshie, then in the morning I scoop some out into a small bowl and heat it up.  He usually likes it.  If your baby isn't used to that much texture, though, you can always blend it.

My daughter will be 10 months on the 25th and she is eating toast with a bit of jam and cheerios, she has even had a pancake with a little bit of syrup. I was thinking the same way about 2 weeks ago, what can I give her besides baby cereal.

We do the YoBaby plus cereal mixed with formula. Sometimes we do the Oatmeal mixed with apple sauce or whatever fruit we have on hand. Recently she's become a fan of cheese so we give her little strings of mozarella string cheese.

My 9 month old eats a variety of foods for breakfast. She eats regular oatmeal with fruit, eggs- scrambled and put in food chopper, cream of wheat & baby cereal. I also peel and boil apples, add cinnamon and put in food processor to smooth out the large chunks of apple. I'll even add some bananas. I have given all my children broken up graham crackers mixed with formula. They all loved it!!

Our daughter likes mashed fruit with her cereal, or try dry toast as an alternative.

I lightly toast a bagel and tear it into bite size pieces and then feed Destiny some pureed fruit.
