Any May babies hit milestones yet?!?!

Hi My son Dale was born on the 5th of May. Hes just turned 17 weeks. Hes not rolling over yet but he does roll onto his side. Ive breastfed him since he was born but im introducing formula now as I dont think Im producing enough milk for him.

He sits in his bumbo seat. I think its brilliant so does he because he can look around. They can sit in it from 4 months as long as they can hold their head up.

I have a little guy named Hayden Reed, born May 18th!



My son is 15 weeks today! A little over 13lbs and he has been sleeping completely through the night since he was about 2 weeks old!! He takes his last bottle at 8, is in bed by 8:30 and doesn't wake up until 8:00 or later the next morning!! He's has made it an easy transition into being a new mommy!



He smiles all day, cracks up all the time...he's just a happy camper!! You won't ever hear a cry out of him unless he is absolutely starving and it is taking me too long to make a bottle! But he eats 6oz every 3 to 4 hours.



We're pretty lucky! He's a keeper! ;-)

my son camron is 17 weeks. he slept through the night right away! yay!!! he discovered his hands in late july and his feet two weeks ago. he rolled over once 3 weeks ago we help but he got his left arm stuck under his belly. ive been feeding him rice since late july. and he loves it.

My son was born on May 27th 2009, he can roll over only when his arms are down by his side though sometimes he tries to roll with his arms up and he gets mad cause he can't do it, he doesn't quite sleep through the night but he falls asleep at 8 or 8:30pm and sleeps right up til 5:45am, like clock work. So no complaints about that!! My son is alot bigger than most babies his age but the doctor said that he's healthy and not fat what so ever, at his 2 month check up he had the weight of a average 4 month old and the average height of an 11 month old! So he is definately eating baby food and rice cereal and has been for a while to keep up with him growing so fast, my pediatrician said he was just advanced in almost every aspect, i got everything okay'd by the pediatrician before i started to do any of it so i don't recommend it to anybody to start that early. But he's definately hit a bunch of milestones!

My daughter was born may 7th. holds her head up, tries to stand, coos and smiles sometimes sleeps throught the night and eats at least a whole jar of baby food a day. is nearing crawling, she is developing quickly

my son will be 4 months on the 1st, he sleeps pretty good at night goes to bed at 8 and wakes up around 2ish so thats 6 hours straight of sleeping hes also breast feed. Hes eating otmeal and rice now sicne i coudnt keep him full enough he is such a little piggy eats his cereal 3 tiems a day and needs mommy milk before and after lol. He is smiling cooing, laughing all the time. He also sits up by himself.

I've had my daughter on a pretty good routine for the last 2 months. She sleeps through the night, eats at the same time every day and I've been testing the rice cereal here and there. She's been rolling over or over a month and can roll from her tummy and then back on to her back again.

My son, born may 25, came 3 weeks early, so he's taking his time. Sleeps 5 hours on a good night, barely makes eye contact & is having eye-sight checked in 2 weeks, so I'm just happy for the little things: He has reasonable head control, finds hands in centre & today tried to reach for a toy (so he must see something, right?). He does smile & coo as well, if only for a few second, but I enjoy each of them! I'm giving him time, knowing that he'll catch up when he's ready!

my son was born on may 3rd and i"ve been lucky enough that he sleeps through most of the time(not so great on my udders though-so i wake him 2 feed and then he goes back 2 sleep.i've been pretty lucky!)hope i'm not jinxn myself!oberon is rolling 2 his side but not all the way 2 his tummy yet.he's been smiling,giggling and babbling since he was 3 wks old.i've a feeln he's been here b4.lol.his favourite things 2 do at the moment is 2 blow raspberries and make kissy sounds all day.he's also able 2 grab his toys and hold them 4 a while b4 he flings them away.i'm a bit worried about starting him on solids as he still chokes on liquids occassionally.think i'll start him on solids at about 6mths

Rayanna was born May 12th. She sleeps through the night. Once in a while though she will wake up at 5am for a little snack and goes back to sleep. She has been working on rolling over. If we have her at an angle on her back she has been trying to sit up. She has also started teething poor thing. Loves to blow bubbles and laughs at everything.

Hi!

My son is 3 months and 3 weeks and he sleeps through the night and has been since he was 2 weeks old,he laughs (since 4 weeks ago),he rolled tummy to back at 2 months and at 2 1/2 months he rolled back to tummy,he also has teeth coming up and has been grasping toys for about 3 weeks.

All lil' ones are different.They all get there!

My son was born May 21st. He is babbling a lot, sitting up with support. He has good neck and head control and he grabs his toys on the activity mat. Babies normally don't roll until about 6 months. So she is not developmentally late, your baby is right on target.

My daughter is 3 months old, born May 21st and she started sleeping through the night at 2 months old. She sleeps at least 10-12 hours a night getting up once in the early morning to eat. She will also take a 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon. She also smiles, coo's, squeals and grasps toys. She is starting to roll to her side and grab her feet as well.

Lets see, Keirnan was born on the 10th. He had head control from very early. (Is holding his head up for is 1 week pictures!) He sleeps from around 5pm until around 4am. eats and we go back to bed until around 6 when the dogs insist its time to get up! :P It would be nice if he stayed up a little later so we wouldn't have to get up so early. But overall its not a bad schedule!

He is getting better about tummy time, starting to try to push himself up a little. Has decent back control when sitting. Can roll though he is too lazy to do it! lol

Would rather watch me shake the toys than do it himself. He's blows bubbles and laughs all the time!

My daughter is 11 weeks. I am not as lucky as many other moms as she is still waking up once or twice in the night for her feed. She has not learn to roll yet as she hates tummy time. She laughs and smile whenever I talk to her and she is starting to show interest in her fav toys. She has discovered that her fingers are more tasty then the pacifier. She also knows how to chose me over the father during her cranky times.

My daughter's 14 weeks old and she's been sleeping through the night for about the past 6 weeks-ish, she's started to lift her head up), she's not yet rolling over all the way (I keep trying to help her, she sometimes makes it half way then just rolls back to how she was), she's started batting a some of her toys when she's on her playmat and shakes her rattles, she has an awesome laugh and I love watching her smile and hearing her coo and babble to herself, she hasn't started eating food yet and is still on formula

Adam was born May 16th two weeks after his due date(what a pain that was!) and about a week ago he started to roll from back to tummy. He loves to talk and laugh at everything. He still doesn't sleep through the night which is hard since I work 10 hr days. Tummy time is going really well. Its almost as though he wants to crawl away.(Scary thought) He loves to grab my hand and study it. He grabs at his toys and prefers ones that are yellow but also likes the blue ones too. He absolutely loves bath time, so much so that he gets excited when he hears the water running. He is very active and happy.

May 6th for our daughter, and she started smiling at 1 week, laughs and coos now, and has recently began rolling. Yesterday i left her on her changing pad (on the floor, of course) while I went to get a diaper (about 3 seconds away) and she had rolled all the way to the front door! Needless to say, lesson learned, and I will not be turning my back on her (even for a second).

My daughter was born on May 19th...two weeks before her due date...she's been sleeping through the night for about a month now.She's smiles and coo's a lot but she has not laughed out loud or rolled over

Oliver is pushing himself up on his arms when he is on his tummy, sleeping through the night, not yet started to wean him and he isnt rolling over as yet. he grabs toys and bats them too he has enough neck control to sit in his bumbo... he is 14 weeks

My little boy was born May 12th and started smiling around four weeks old, rolls over from tummy to back, laughs, talks a lot, tries to copy what we say, sat up by himself for the first time today, takes his dummy out of his mouth and back in, grabs at toys, has tried standing up from about three weeks old, loves putting anything in his mouth and is a very active baby :)

May 2nd, rolled over at 7 weeks, smiled at < 24 hours (and kept smiling, it definitely wasnt a wind smile!) has said mum and boob, grabs at toys, mums hair, zippers, puts his dummy in his mouth, can put YOUR fingers in his mouth, laughs, pulls at his play mat until the toys come off, tries to have big conversations with you, has discovered that his Tiggy's nose tastes good, that his Starlight Dreamshow will move if he whacks it, kicks in the bath and makes TONS of mess.



Sleep through the night? I'd be happy if he slept at all!

May 20th baby, has hit all milestones and was born right at 40 weeks! No cereal for her as she has reflux issues so all she'll get until 6 months is soy formula per dr. request and past experience with two boys. Rolls over...sleeps all night...smiles, coos, blows raspberries :) turns head side to side...

my daughter was born may 12. She started sleeping through the night at 3 weeks (and yes it was all night, not just 4-5 hours) she started rolling over 2 weeks shy of her 3 month birthday, and she has been eating cereal from a spoon since aug 12. (i dont give it to her in a bottle) she has also been rolling over since aug. 1.....

i think she is hitting milestones so quickly and would love for it to slow down.. lol.. but she has a cousin who was born 3 months before her and she is learning everything from her!!!

my son was born on May 4th and he just rolled over for the first time yesterday! he has been sleeping through the night for a little over a month now (8pm-5/6am has a snack and then back to sleep until 7 or 8) he loves talking and interacting with us and is now finally starting to love his jumperoo

my daughter is rolling over and takes rice cereal in her bottle at night. she sleeps through the night too. she is in the middle of her first ear infection tho. i hate it and im sure she hates it even more. we had an all nighter last night. she is doing better now tho. she loves to talk. she will talk to daddy all day long

My son hasn't figured out rolling over yet...he really dislike tummy time and I was a sucker and didn't do it with him until a week ago for that reason (I've learned now that I should just push it more). He started sleeping through the night @ 9 weeks..but for the past week he's been up to feed, which after getting him weighed and measured, turns out to be a growth spurt. He is reaching for toys too...when I play with him he will reach for my face and hair. My favourite thing is watching him get super excited and kick his legs really hard, gets the hugest smile on his face and then shrieks in delight. ADORABLE!

Thats great for everyones little babies! Someone mentioned that their babies grabs at toys which reminded me about something, My daughter has figured out about a week ago that if she kicks the bar on her play mat it will shake all the toys and the mirror that she lays under will swing... snd she LOVES that... she just laughs and laughs!

My daughter, Charlotte, turned 3 months yesterday. In honor of the day, she rolled over 3 times, much to the delight of her older sister and brother. While on her tummy, she stays propped up on her forearms and reaches toward toys. She usually gets up once in the wee hours (4 am) to have a snack, but then goes back to sleep until 7 or 8. That will work out well with our impending "back to school" schedule! We will not start any food until she is at least 5 months b/c of her sensitive tummy. Lots of sounds, smiles and bubbles.

My daughter is almost 11 weeks old, May 31st, and she started to sleep 8 hours at a time at 8 weeks. She has slept 10 hours in a row for the past 3 nights. She started to smile, coo and laugh at 5 weeks and tries to stand and crawl when you hold her but doesnt like to do it by herself a lot. She also can hold a toy but accidentally hits herself with it.



She has lately taken to making whining noises to get picked up. If you pick her up then she smiles!



Emily is being breastfed and likes to taste food but gets constipated easily so we might wait awhile before trying anything.

My son is 10 weeks and he's been sleeping through the night since he was 6 weeks. He's rolled over twice but I think both times were flukes because he was on a soft surface. He really started smiling a ton when he started sleeping through the night and he coos a lot. He hasn't started laughing yet but I can't wait until he does. I haven't started him on cereal yet. He's getting 7oz of formula per feeding and I figure once it gets to the point where 8oz doesn't hold him, then I'll start him on cereal.

My daughter is almost 11 weeks old and so far she is sleeping through the night has been for also about a month (very lucky) am just about to try her on rice cereal just to get her used to the texure of food and taste.



She hasn't rolled over just yet but feel it won't be too far off because she tries to roll when she's on her back and has managed to get onto her side before I've realised what she's doing and fresked out and put her on her back again.



She has started to grab onto her toys on her play mat and reach out and touch them and holds onto them before hitting them away. she also coo's and smiles and giggles alot which I love.
