My baby girl just turned 9 months on the 3rd. She wants to move, but doesn't understand how to go. Everytime shes on her belly she just turns herself over. Even if she is iin a crawling position, she gets on her belly, and therefore flips over. lol! I know it's probally normal, but I just want to know if anyone else is in the same situation.

daisy is just about to turn 9months and she dont crawl either iv tried everythink shes just turns on the spot and rolls over aswell but shes always tryin to walk so i think she might just start walkin first :) i thort i was the only one lol

Keirnan is too laid back so he is behind in all the gross motor skills. (And ahead in fine motor skills, eating and speaking!) The Dr. says its nothing to worry about at this point though. He will be 9 mo. on the 10th and isn't even pushing up into the rocking position. He does a great seal impression though! :P They will do it when they are ready. I had to learn not to worry the hard way when my wonder boy waited until he was 7 months to start rolling! He could sit up before he could roll!!

Don't worry, one day it will just click and she'll be on the move. My son just started crawling last week, and he's going everywhere now. One day he was staying in one place but turning around and rolling over, the next he was army crawling across the floor. Any day now for you baby, you'll see!

Hey there, my 8 month old doesn't crawl either he gets onto his knees and rocks back and forth then drags himself along the floor, i normally put one of his favourite toys in front of him then he tries to get it, i think he will start crawling soon. Just keeping lying her on her front and she might just crawl out of the blue or sometimes babies don't crawl at all and just walk straight away. I wouldn't worry about it though its normal for babies at that age not to be crawling yet. Good luck!
