I found that my 7month old daughter slept better on the nights she got baths, so I do a nightly bath-time routine with her. However, I don't actually "bathe" her nightly. I wash her hair at least twice a week and she gets bathed at least three times a week. The other nights, I just let her play in the water for about 10 minutes.
