I feel great that i finally can fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans. It took me all together 8 months then again i never excericed so that is why it took me so long yes i know i am lazy. Also i did not eat junk food only healthy foods and i breastfeed.

I had health problems associated with my pregnancy (glucose intolerence) that made me cut out all sugar in my diet. Cutting out added sugars and just kind of grazing throughout the day instead of trying to eat three big meals really helped the weight melt off. No juice, no regular soda, buy some things to help when you need something sweet (sugar free sweets, or find the lowest sugar regular treat and just eat a half serving or something, adding cinnamon to things like cereal or sugar free ice cream is nice) I lost not only my weight from this pregnancy, but the left over weight from my first pregnancy as well! (and I was breastfeeding) Hope this helps everyone.

i gained 25 lbs in my pregnancy and lost 15 pounds right after i had him. i just kept loosing weight because i didnt have time to sit around and eat all the time like i could before. just chasing him around and keeping up with the housework i lost it pretty quickly and now im 2 jean sizes smaller than i was before i got pregnant. just having him helped me lose all the weight!

I lost all my baby weight. I breastfed and I did exercise a lot. I did Stroller Strides 3-4 days a week. I brought my 2 boys with me and workout with them in tow. It's a great program and I'm smaller now than I was when I got pregnant with my 1st.

I've lost all of the weight at this point. Mine is 9 months old. Well I'm 2 pounds off my pre-pregnancy weight but I breastfeed and my boobs do weigh a ton so that could be part of it. BUT my pre-pregnancy weight is 10 pounds higher than I really like to be. My work just started this fitness challenge with a near by gym that I used to go to. I got the best results from that gym of any one that I've ever gone to so I'm quite excited. I did my pre-program testing and just got the results and technically I'm in the fit to excellent category for most everything. I have to loose 1 pound to be in the fit category for % body fat and work on my cardio, which I knew already. I basically fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes. Some of my smaller stuff I don't yet but I'm hoping this 13 week challenge will help me with that. YAY!

To the ladies with not so great bellies you need to work them. The best thing that helped me loose a little pouch I had around my belly button was leg lifts. Lay on the floor and hold your head up, arms by your sides and left your legs to 45 degrees and down without touching the floor. My favorite trainer told me to do that when I asked him about it and it really did work. Better than the millions of crunches I was doing (USMC training). Of course clean eating and no junk or sugar will help too. But I was already doing that so target work really did help me zap that spot.

Thank you for sharing all your stories. For those of you who are having a hard time losing the weight do not be to hard on yourself. Because everyones body is different some people have better genetics with weight then most people. I know that everyone can lose the weight on their own time it took my sister in law 13 years to lose the weight yes 13 years but she did it and i am proud of her after having 6 kids. She finally got seriouse about it and its not about losing weight but as much being healthy remember that and we did sacrifice our bodies for our beautiful babies.

I gained 45 lbs and loss the first 25 right away, but this last 20 is lingering! My belly is still lose but I've been trying to exercise. My hubby also gained 40 lbs but he hasn't lost any!
We are going to start walking in malls and parks when it gets warm. We travel alot for his work so it's hard to eat right but we are working on it.
Does any one have any advice about how to get rid of these ugly red stretch marks! I've tried coco butter but it didn't work. They are fading a little but not very fast.........

I haven't exercised either- God bless breastfeeding. I lost all my weight and 6.5kg (14.3pounds) more than when I fell pregnant. I could fit most my clothes within 5 days of having my bub, just have a very loose tummy and those pesky love handles still. I guess I'll have to exercise soon :)

Welll, I'm excited to write that I was 215 lbs when I had my son (I had gained 3 lbs during pregnancy) and he's now 9 mo old (was born on May 8th)........I weigh 169.

I'm breastfeeding and I'm sure that helps some!

I have 2 kids now. My eldest is 5 and with both pregnancies I was smaller after giving birth than I was pre-pregnancy! I have continued to lose weight also. I believe that breast feeding was the trick for me. I breastfed my son till he was 1 and I have recently weaned my daughter. I don't drive so walk absolutely everywhere. This also helped. I am now in a position of trying to maintain my weight as I can't stop losing it. The last thing I want is to become underweight!!

I lost all except ten pounds of the weight right when he was born, after that though it's taken like nine months to lose the rest plus three extra pounds. I hope to lose about seventeen more pounds. Cause yeah I want to be smaller then a size twelve since I've been one for to many years. I've always had a pooch, so it wasn't a huge deal but now I want it off before we have another.

Phftttt! =p This is my third one. I am out of my maternity, but still am heavier than my pre-pregnancy weight. It's hard to get exercise when you have a 20 pounder pulling on you and to lug around. That is exercise in itself I guess. I guess I need to seriously stop snacking, since he's not nursing as much and get back to eating for one. Congrats to you. I was thinking about this today. Summer is coming and I can only wear sweats for a little longer. LOL It will be a little longer too, b/c I am sooooo old!

I lost all my baby weight after 3 weeks, I only gained 20 lbs total during my pregnancy though. That being said, my pants do not fit comfortably the way they used to, all the extra belly flab is there. Hope I can get rid of it soon!

I thought I was going to have a hard time losing all of it..but after about a month or so i realized it was all just from the pregnancy. yes I believe that the breastfeeding that I did helped...but I was fortunate to be back in my pre-pregnancy clothes in about a month or so after he was born...and i didnt do anything either to lose any of it!

Well I was underweight when I got pregnant. 5'2" 93lbs. I had pre-eclapsia which went undiagnosed. Well anway because I had pre-eclampsia I took on A LOT of water I gained 60lbs. When I got home from the hospital I was down to 117. I now go from 105-110 (depends on the day). Which Is really the biggest I have been in like 5 years. I like it though. Now Im just trying to get toned back up. Im lucky though my body looks the same not sure how since I am still like 15lbs heavier. I was in 0 jeans and now in a size 2 jean. I love the way I look, just got to tone up a tiny bit.

i managed to get back to just under 8 stone within a week and half after giving birth to my second child but i think that was due to breastfeeding and running around after my 3 year old son
