Don't go by my babies weight. She was born 5/21/09 full term and weights 22lbs, lol, but she has rolls from head to toe! Your baby sounds normal

I had twins sons May 24, 2009. They were 2 months premature. One weighed 3 lb 9.4 oz and the other weighed 4 lb 4.4oz. Now they weigh 21 lb and 23 lb. Sounds like your girl is doing great! My friend had a baby girl that wasn't a preemie at the end of March and she is around 16 lb now. Don't worry, as long as she continues to gain it is good!

My son is 9 months just this Feb 6... he was born May 6, 2009. On our last check up In January the doctor said my son was overweight for his age but still normal... he was 9.7Kilos back then.

My youngest son was born May 21st and he was 9lbs 14 ozs and 22" long. Now he is 29.3" long and over 21 lbs. He fits into 12 to 18 mth clothes that's pretty big to me cause I'm used to average size babies at birth like 7 to 8 lbs.I still nurse my son cause he is only 9 mths or there abouts and he eats regular food and his baby cereal too. I think for preemies it takes them a bit longer to catch up, but I think all is good. If your doctor is not concerned then you shouldn't be.

Joseph was born on the 8th May 2009, he weighed 1lb 7oz and was 13 weeks premmie. He was 13lb 15oz a month ago, we weigh in again this wednesday!

my son back in Nov at his doctor's appt he was 20lbs and 30in long. he was born on may 30 and was 6lbs 15oz. his sister is 2 1/2yrs and just over 36 in tall

My little girl was born the day before yours and weighed 7lbs 5oz and now she weighs about 16 1/2lbs, and the doc said she's only in about the 10th percentile. But she very petite and both daddy and I are the same. It's not anything to worry bout though, she's an eater and I know she's healthy.

My baby was a 7 week preemie as well. Born May 4th weighing 5 lbs 8 oz...came home at 4.14 lbs and yesterday at her 9 mo. check she was 17 lbs 6 oz and 29 in. She was 75% for length and 25% for weight.

my lil man was born on may 2nd and weighed 7lbs 14 oz. and 3 weeks early. he is 9 months and weighs 27 lbs, give or take he has an appt. so maybe he lost a lil since he has been mobile for a week. he wears 24 month clothes if that helps.

My son was born on May 11 (2 weeks early induction) and was 9lbs. He was 20.14lbs on 12/15. Curious to see how much he weighs at his 9 month appt. He is in 12-18 month clothes.

My son was born May 23rd, 3 days early and weighed 6lbs 14oz.. He now weighs 23.8lbs at 8 and a half months, and he's wearing size 18 month clothing.. Not sure what percentile he is in now, but at his 6 month check up he was at 97%!

I just took my daughter for her 9 month check up on Monday. She was born May 1st. She weighed in at a whopping 21.2 pounds and is 29.5 inches long! She is in the 96th percentile. I think that 16 pounds is about average for 9 month olds. My kids are just huge!!

My daughter was born 7th may 2009 and weighed in at 9lb's she was born excatly on time, her last recent weight was 18.2lb's on 18th january 2010. Sounds to me your daughter is doing just fine, if you are really worried you should chat to your health visitor or doctor xx

mine was born on May 29th and now weighs 17.5 ponds. She was born at 7lbs 12oz but then got a bit sick. She had a hard time gaining weight at first but has been doing great the past 4 months. Doc says that her weight is fine now. So it sounds to me like your daughter is doing fine also !!

My son was 1 week LATE and weighed 6lb 3oz but has made up for lost time! He now weighs 22lbs and is in 12-18 month clothes. He is not a good gauge since he was not a preemie, but just thought I would post!
