My 20 month old daughter screams and cries all day. HELP!!!!!

My 20 month old daughter has always been a relativly easy going baby. She is very silly and loves to laugh and play. Recently she has turned a 180 on me. She whines and screams about everything. She cries all the time. She wakes up many times a night and screams. We want our old baby back!! It is taking a toll on the whole house, including her 2 older brothers who are 7 and 8 years old and her dad and I. Any suggestions and\or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes she has been checked. No ilness. She has gotten much better though. Her doctor thinks she is just having personality changes. so we will see. thank you.

Is this still going on? Has she been checked for an ear infection or other illness?
