my lil girl just douse not want to give up her battes she douse not wnt to go to a sippy cup and i just dont know what to do about it i tryed to just give her a sippy cup but she just douse not want it hat should i do

thanks for the advice u know the sippy cups with the stra in it so that they dont have to tip it up thats the only one she will go for u can get them over at Wal-Mart for like $10 for a pack of 2 try that with them

I'm right there with you. Ella throws it to the ground and shakes her head "no" when I try to encourage her to suck on it. I've even put diet coke in one and sucked on it to show her I do it. Not a success. Ella will be one next week as well and we have a long way to go on the sippy cup. I've been told to keep on giving it to her with milk or water or juice in it and she will eventually get it. It's frustrating at times though. Good luck!

My son is the same way. He will take the rubber ones that if he bites it the drink comes out. But, he refuses to suck. He will be one next week and I'm hoping to try and start weening soon, so I hope there will be some good advice posted here. Sorry no help!
