Tools -- his or his father's (within safety limits) -- he asks for the drills, hammers, saws and lawnmowers by name. He is also obsessed with the ladder that his father has going up the side of the house. When my husband comes home at night, they climb the 15 feet multiple times before bed.

My daughter loves books, books, and more books. She cannot get enough of them. I certainly can! We read and reread her books. I started borrowing some from the Library, too, for my own sanity. :)

My daughters favorite toy is her doll and her dolly station. She is a little mother hen! Lol. And her books she is always wanting me to read them to her or she will sit and look at them.

my daughter likes to play with anything she shouldnt like the washing machine lol
her favourite toys are her dolls that she loves to cuddle and feed, ball , books and her big brother lol

Precious has three dolls; 1 is dolly 2 is miss Panya and the third one is Romina but out of the three she loves miss Panya so much that she brings her to me to breast feed her.

My son will sit and "read" ALL of his books. He pulls each one off the shelf and "reads" them to himself. He won't have us even make an attempt at reading his books to him. Occasionally he'll climb in my lap with a book but throws a fit if I try to touch it. He also loves the Mega Blocks now that he's figured out how to stack them and a keyboard (piano) that was my dad's. Its got a bunch of demo songs and he'll turn them on and dance to them, change the tempo and the instruments. If he's feeling into it, he'll pound on the keys and make his own music. Simple keyboard from the late 70's possibly and somehow still works after going through my sisters and I!

my daughter loves her little dolly and the dolly stroller. they were freecycled to me and she just loves them! we come home from daycare and she searches for dolly to push her around in the stroller.

My son is all boy - he loves anything with wheels (cars, walkers, trucks, etc.) and especially enjoys his Cozy Coupe car and wagon outside.

My 16m old loves anything that she can climb or hide in, so we have a lil trike and a lil wendy house for her ... she loves problem solving with shape sorters and also enjoys pushing cars etc along the floor. We also have a wonderful time doing pictures sat in the highchair with chubby crayons and colouring pencils. Also loves making music and talking on her baby phone!

My baby plays with all his older brother's toys. They are 8 and 10 and I am glad I did not get rid of their toys because he doesn't even like baby toys! Spiderman, Superman, wrestlers, he loves all the action figures, I just make sure he doesn't play with any small parts.

My little boys favourite toy is a ball - plain and simple!! He will also kick anything that looks like a ball including oranges..lol. We have a toy room shelved from top to bottom full of toys but he always appears out of it with a ball!!

My son is so active, he loves just about anything and everything. Right now he loves drawing on his Magna-doodle, making music on his xylophone, and building things out of mega blocks. He loves to climb and go down slides, but since I live in the Pacific Northwest, the weather becomes rainy around this time of year. Therefore, I'm considering buying him one of those tough plastic, indoor/outdoor play structures or a play kitchen with food. My son also loves his taggie blanket. I had a lady custom make a blanket for him that has tags or different colors and textures sewn around the edges. He not only uses it as a comfort for sleepy time, but he also wears it as a cape too! Lol.

Oh, one toy my son seems to never get enough of is his activity cube.

My son is crazy about a lot of his toys but none quite like his Scout. http://www.walmart.com/ip/LeapFrog-My-Pa... We got it for Christmas for him $20 bucks new, and inspired our friends to buy them for their children. They have a purple one for a girl named Violet, and the green one is for a boy named Scout. they're programmable on the computer. so you pick the songs it plays, and you tell it what the baby's name is, how to spell it, their favorite color, food, and animal. It's so cool. My son doesn't go anywhere with out it. I love to hear him play with it and it says "I love you, Gerald"
