I've read recently about some moms who've tried the J&J Bedtime Bath and they said it helped their LO's sleep better. I'm curious of what your experiences are with this product. Also, after reading the directions I realized that it is used more as bubble bath than soap/shampoo...do you use it to bathe your child also or just as bubbles and then bathe them with something else?

As far as it making my son sleep longer..It doesnt. He has an off noght here and there no matter what. However I do find that it helps him relax and settle easier. So he falls asleep sooner. It also helps after a bath to keep things dim and quiet so as not to restimulate the lil one. After the bath I take my son to his room and he doesnt leave it until morning. I use it as a wash and shampoo not as bubbles.

I used it and the bedtime lotion on my son before bedand he slept well. We had to stop using both though because it started to irritate hisskin, and he still sleeps well.

I tried it a few months ago and it really didn't seem to make a difference. I also stopped using it once I read the ingredients. She takes a bath every night before bed and we don't use any bubble bath. I just soap her up with some "California Baby" shampoo/body wash.
