My son is having trouble staying dry through the night. I normally put him in Pampers size 5 (on size bigger than he wears during the day) and a pair of pants to try and keep the urine in, but he continues to wet through. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if they have any suggestions? I still give him a night time bottle at night, but have done that ever since he was a baby and it is just now becoming a problem. Do those huggies overnight diapers actually work? Personally I don't like huggies but I am willing to try something new to help keep him dry at night. Thanks ladies!!

My son wakes up soaked half the time because he sleeps on his belly with his butt straight up in the air. The diaper is usually only wet right up front too. Huggies overnight help but he's still wet quite often.

We use Pampers extra protection. He does have an accident if he drinks a lot of water/juice/milk during the day, but not nearly as many as when we used regular pampers diapers. He is wet at most once or twice a month. We also give him milk before bed in a sippy.

Since you use Pampers during the day I would try Pampers Extra Protection. They're in a purple box. Look them up online first so that you can see which one to look for. Huggies always leaked on my son but we've been using these for a year now and they're the only thing works for him! We can only find them at some Walmarts so you might have to look around a little. Oh, and Babies r us sells them too...just a little more expensive there.

With my boy, I would use Huggies, Junior, the biggest size, and also got the girl ones instead of the boy ones. Its the only ones that would keep him dry throughout the night. He would also drink a bottle during the night.

My Girl, May 2010 baby, has no problem with staying dry during the night. Maybe its a boy thing? lol.

We have had to start using the huggies overnight diapers. They are alot stiffer than the regular disposables but they do work better especially if you use a size bigger. We have not had very many leak throughs since we started using them and my daughter was leaking through by 3 am every night for 2 weeks.
