I addressed my concerns with my midwife about low fluid levels because of my first pregnancy so she decided to measure me from this point forward to keep an accurate record of the growth so we will have a heads up if my growth rate slows or decreases. I also have been feeling like i'm way bigger then i should be and everyone is always guessing i'm further along then i really am, and i have been concerned because i am just now at 3 pounds for weight gain. with all the worrying come to find out i am measuring at 24 centimeters at 25 weeks which my midwife confirmed is just where i should be.

Is anyone else being measured yet, if so how is everyone doing.

I have always measured right on or a little bit bigger. However today (34 weeks 5 days)...only measured at 32.5...So on the 29th if I am still 2+ under, they're scheduling another ultrasound. If fluids are low, we're gonna have to talk induction at 37ish weeks. My son's fluids were low and no one noticed until he was born..scary low!! So I'm glad this time things are going to happen the correct way if this is still an issue.

My doctor started measuring me at 24 weeks, at my last appointment I measured in at 27 weeks and was 30, but we have been doing extra ultrasound to monitor babies growth and she looks good. If I get one month behind I go in for another ultrasound, probably in about 3 weeks, just to check progress again. Love seeing my little girl, and knowing that she is growing normal, but I'm ready to be bigger.

Can anyone help me out, I am making my bridesmaids dress and one of them will be a little over 32 weeks at my wedding, I'm trying to figure out how much most women measure AROUND at that period of their pregnancy.

We are expecting 4-5lbs babies. I went to my OB yesterday and we are shooting for 36 weeks or 37 if I make it to 36, but no more than that. If they are more than 36 weeks AND 4-5 lbs AND healthy, they should be home with me, 3 days after the c-section. We will see

Wow so our bellies are the same size even though you have two babies in there! I hope your girls arent too small at birth, do you expect they will be in the hospital long? They are pretty close to due, so maybe they can go home right away

When I was pregnant with my daughter I was always measuring behind. She ended up being almost 8 lbs. at birth. With my son he's been measuring behind too except for one week when he measured 2 weeks ahead. They checked me yesterday (35 weeks, 6 days) and he's measuring a week behind, but is head down and I'm 1 cm dilated. So now we play the waiting game lol.

Kymberly, don't freak too much yet! My aunt was predicted a 10 lb baby! He was actually only 7.1 lbs!
The ultrasounds actually have a mistake rate of more then a pound either direction.
Oh and if your baby is 9 lbs, don't be scared, I was 9.5 and my brother was 10.8 and we were both born naturally with no meds at home!

I'm 32 weeks today and measuring 35...they did a growth ultrasound at 30w6d's and said the baby was almost 5 pounds then...the estimated that she would be 9+ pounds at birth :X yikes! It's a BIG jump from my first daughter...she was only 5lb's 9oz at 39 weeks when I had her :D

I think they start measuring you at like 20 weeks here? Can't remember. I am always spot on with the weeks but last time I was 33 and was only 32 weeks pregnant.

35 weeks measured at 35cm!
But oddly enough I was measuring at 35cm at 29 weeks and also at 32 weeks so not much change, but my midwife says that at 29 weeks baby was sitting really high up, and has now been settling deeper into my pelvis so this explains why the number stayed the same.

I went in for my appointment this week, and am measuring 29 cm at 32 weeks, still small, but I grew 2 cm's in 2 weeks which made my doctor very pleased, as I have not had normal growth at any checkup.

I was measured yesterday, and I was at 35cm! I'm only 31 weeks so idk what's up with that, the midwife asked me if my dates could be wrong.... Idk cuz I felt movement very early, like 14 weeks and yet the 18 week ultrasound said the same dates.... I'm going to get my sugar intake down alot though, I'm realizing I'm eating way too much sweets and simple sugars so I don't want to end up with an oversized baby. So healthy diet here I come!

i get measured each time (ob/gyn) and I am measuring 3 weeks ahead! in the last 2 weeks I grew 5 weeks! so they are doing an ultrasound to double check everything, I had to much amnio fluid with my son. but he's just fine.

I'm going to be 26 weeks on Tuesday and last week (25 weeks) I was measuring 27..I've been measuring about 2 weeks ahead since 20 weeks :O but my ultrasound said the baby was right on track for a due date of May 31st....I'm just hoping it doesn't mean this little girl is going to be HUGE!!

My dr measured me at the last two visits, one time was one cm under, the next time it was right on track!
So I'm pleased with that, everyone says I'm way too small, and that I need to gain more weight, but I've gained 23 lbs so I'm perfectly fine. Even though I started out almost underweight, I'm making good gain.
I find it fun to measure my belly around the biggest part with a soft tape measure, I'm at 38 inches around my biggest part!
At 9 months with Eric I was 41 inches so idk if I'll be even bigger this time!
