How has the nausea been for you ladies?

Leah- with the last 3 pregnancy's I have been on Zofran cause the nausea was sooo bad. By the time 2nd trimester came I didn't need it anymore. Plus what makes it worse is the acid reflux that I have 24/7. So I am on Zantac 150 mg twice a day. Once the baby is out it disappears which is soo weird. I have to do what I have to do so that I can function. I already have 5 kids and run a daycare. Fortunately I need to only hold out for 3 1/2 more weeks until it is safe for the newest little one (another boy) can be safely born. Looking forward to it!!
Just know you can take something if it gets too bad.

With my first I was not sick at all! I am now 7weeks with number two and I have been miserable for the past 3 or 4 days. It is constant. Any time I eat or drink anything I feeling like vomiting, but I don't. I have been taking B6 for a few days but it has done nothing for me! This is not fun!

i was pregnant earlier this year and miscarried at 11w5d and with that pregnancy i was sick all day and night i never had a break from it. now i am 8 weeks preggers and so far i havent had but 3 episodes lasting like 10 minutes each.. im so grateful.. that was misreable last time. this time i am finding myself constantly hungary. i eat like every two hours.. and im not complaining..

I was in my pregnancy pants from 6 weeks because I just was worried about how my pants dug into my lower belly right where the baby was. And cuz I was nauseous and the loose pants felt nicer on my belly. I'm showing a bit more then my first time around but still look far from pregnant. So bring on the pregnancy pants!!! Comfy never was so well excused!

I hear you Brittany! I have had to go to maternity clothes shortly after I found out I was preggo around 3wks and 4 days. My stomach is sticking out sooo far and I believe it is because of just having a baby 7 mo's ago and other children too. I have to try to not throw up cause majority of the time if I start throwing up I can't stop and I have to go to the hospital to get rehydrated. It is exhausting fighting it! Counting the weeks down until I am in the 2nd trimester and not so nausea.

First off Congrats!! My son will be 9mths on the 16th of October....I was NOT very sick with him(if i sucked on some candy it went away) now I am 7 weeks and since about 3weeks(i just knew early that i was prego) I have had the worse nausea of my life!! its 24/7 i have to force myself to eat....I also hope this might mean a girl? when i talk to people about how differnt this pregnancy has been so far they tell my im having a girl....i have had nothing but cramps/sickness/craving sweets(which i most of the time hate)/ ance(which i have NEVER had)....another crazy thing is that even though im only 7 weeks i look like im about 15+weeks!

Jana, it really should get better! Most women are over it by second trimester. Few aren't but by then it's not as bad and you have other good symptoms to overshadow the bad ones. Stay optimistic and whenever that baby sends you to the toilet I always used the time to talk to the baby and tell it that I still loved it and wanted it even though it's causing all this! Kept my mood up and reminded me why I'm tolerating this crap.......you have a baby inside of you! Ihope you feel better soon!

I'm pregnant with my first child and no one could have prepared me for the morning sickness or should I say all day sickness. Unfortunately, most of the time I do end up getting sick. This started at week 5 and I'm now to week 8. I really, really hope the second trimester is better! :)

no nausea yet..JUST STARVING SOOO OFTEN....but this makes me think girl too...i threw up like 5 x a day with my son Aaron so we will see....sorry you feel sick...and this fatigue is INSANE...never realized how much i prob. slept with Aaron and now its different bc Im taking care of him...

I'm queezy, but not throwing up. For me the battle is with fatigue, so tired, no energy, limp muscles. I'm grateful I'm not so nauseated like I was with Eric, but it's hard to feel blessed when I'm so tired!
