#1! We were lucky enough to find out at our first ultrasound, around 12 weeks! We confirmed at the 20 week ultrasound and he's still a boy!

Hi,
This is number two and YES I'm a must find out the sex mom. It took me MONTHS to get used to the idea having a girl (my first). Now that I'm having a boy I'm going through another period of adjustment.
Finally, this will be our last child so putting away/giving away the bits of pink baby stuff is KILLING ME!

You will have to tell us how it is different both ways! Most people are one or the other, so its a cool thing to be able to say you did it both ways!
Who knows maybe you will really like knowing the sex.....it is nice to call baby by name, and daydream of him or her, and introduce your belly with a name!

I wish I was a #2 but with this pregnancy, I am a # 1! We waited with our first and it was an AWESOME thing. I loved it. However, my husband was chomping at the bit to find out the entire time. So we will do it his way for this baby, and my way for the next...assuming there will be a third baby!

Am A 1 and i have some disagreement from friends and family that dont want to know but i have to know, and really hope the baby will let us see, we only are having one ultrasound so we have one shot to find out, have my fingers crossed

#1!! FOR SURE :D we found out yesterday that we are having a 2nd DAUGHTER! Total shock I must say....this pregnancy has been the complete opposite as my first and I about fell off the table laughing when the ultrasound tech said, "I'm sorry Hun but there is NO JUNK in this trunk!"

Well I'll start it off, I'm a number 1!

I'm completely and totally dedicated to finding out the sex of each baby as soon as I can. Lol

I am in the minority in my family, my mom, mother in law, and two aunts each had three kids and none found out for any! But My sister in law did find out for her two.

And I have four close girl friends and of them only one found out, and two are pregnant currently for second baby and are still not finding out!



For me, I feel unconnected with my baby until I know the sex. Not that I don't love 'it' but I just don't feel bonded while I call it, 'it'.

I know other moms bond just fine without knowing the sex, so maybe I'm somehow sexist in that but I just don't really fall in love with my baby until I can call him or her by their name!

I love introducing my baby in utero by the name, and referring to her as a girl casually in conversation.

So yeah, for me it's an easy choice, and my husband feels the exact same!

We found out we are having a girl dec 2nd and her name is Fierna Juliet! And I have a son whose name is Eric Ryan, he is going to be 2 April 7th.
