I am a SAHM in Plymouth. MI and just recently joined Canton Area Moms 4 Community. It's a really laid-back group of moms who have young children to school aged children. You don't have to live in Canton to join but the activities/playgroups are around Canton. Half the dues ($24, pro-rated) go to charity. The website is www.moms4community.org. The website is otherwise hard to find, so I thought I'd share.

Hi,

I live in Northville MI and am looking for play dates for myself and my 2 year old daughter. We moved here about a year ago. My child is very shy, and I would like to find a similar aged child for her to socialize with. I would also love to make some friends nearby for myself. We like to go to the park, petting farms and the detroit zoo, and anywhere we can swim.

I am a proud SAHM in Southgate i love seeing my two girls grow up smiling! i do offer to work and sometimes miss it at times but with my husband making enough to support us he would rather me stay home instead of working and all my work money go to child care

Hi I'm in St Clair I have a 22 month old daughter and would love to find some people in southern Macomb county/ St. Clair county. As my daughter loves playing with other kids and the one neighbor we had, that had a child her age moved away last fall, We have been very lonely since. We aren't originally from this area so don't now many people but love meeting new people.

Im a SAHM i live in battle creek and most people i know dont have any kids my kids ages. Would love to find my 2 boys friends for play dates. They just switched schools this year and are still adjusting to a bigger school.
