New to Circle of Moms and Dallas/Ft.Worth
oh goodness, when i said fun stuff to do i was thinking more adult-oriented activities. i'm a new mom (my baby's 8 weeks), so i'm not used to thinking in mom mode all the time. plus, it's pretty easy to entertain a baby. i know a lot of my friends with younger cildren take them to baseball games. the roughriders in Frisco have some pretty cheap ticket prices and there isn't a bad seat in the house. that's on this side of the metroplex though. but besides that, not all RAnger tickets are expensive. also, if your kids like water parks/theme parks, the season passes to six flags and hurricane harbour are really reasonable and worth it if you use them. i'm just so excited about not being pregnant anymore i've been trying to have a little fun myself!

hello! although my finacee isn't a marine, he's a corpsman (aka "Doc") and we're in the Dalals area (Plano) as well. I don't know where you're from but DFW is an exciting place with lots of stuff to do. let me know if you have any questions!
Hello Jill! My husbands name is ''Doc" as well.lol I didnt mean to make DFW sound boring. I just meant that im new to the area and have not found anyone my age with kids to associate with. Im from Saint Louis where i have family and friends. What do you suggest there is to do with younger children.
