My husband and I are looking at buying a jogging stroller. We did a little research online and went to Babies R Us and found a few but would like to know if anyone has any suggestions.

Schwinn Free Runner is considered a friendly price jogging stroller for a first buying. It comes with fixed front wheel that capable to take heavy duty track such as half marathon. Here's the link in case you want to find out further features and more objective reviews (incl. pros & cons): http://jogging-stroller-reviews.net/schw...
Fyi, a baby should at least have a stable neck control/be able to sit unassisted before s/he can be placed on a jogging stroller for a ride (around 8-12 m.o, the case is different for each baby).

You can also find slightly used strollers and other things on a site called bookoo. It's kind of like a military Craigs list. It's great!!

Hi Peggy. I have a the Bumbleride Indie and I LOVE IT! It is a little pricey if you buy it brand new though, but my other Bumbleride (the Queen B) I found on craigslist and bought it for only $100 and it was in great condition (usually the people who are willing to pay that much for a stroller will take great care of it!). So check craigslist - you might get lucky. I also have a friend who loves her BOB stroller, but she said that it seems really heavy and bulky compared to the Bumbleride. Hope this helps!

She's 19 months now and still loves it! It's really really comfy, and if you listen to an MP3 player while you run, you can buy a splitter and plug it in to the stroller (there's a speaker in the canopy.)

Allison, that is too funny because that is the one I really liked at Babies R Us. My question for you is as your daughter got older did it bother her/you that there was no padding for the feet towards the bottom? Yeah, it's a little pricey at $159.99 but compared to some of the others I saw for $ 300.00 I'll take the $159 one any day.

We have this one and love it:

It was by far the most comfortable for my daughter out of all the jogging strollers they had. But we managed to find it on sale and paid a lot less than that. Good luck!

We got ours at Walmart it is great. It has lasted three kids and was used all the time. It's still just like new! Also try looking at Big Lots is has lots of different things and is less than half the price.
