My husband is there right now for basic training I'll be there in 10 days to see him graduation and spend family day with him I can't wait!! What all is there to do there on base? Where is the main PX any resturants you would reccommend for me to take him out to dinner?

There are alot of real good restaurants down there. Congrats on him graduating! There's Johnny Carino's offpost that's good. Also we liked several of the chinese and japanese food places. Panda Garden was good. There are some chains down there so if you have a fave you can do a search for restaurants in Columbus and see if they have one that you like. You can also look a the Fort Benning website for what is available on post. I've been doing that alot lately too. Good luck. Hope you enjoy your trip!
