Hi, I am Julie....also a Marine wife. We are currently stationed at Eglin AFB, Florida. Def. prefer a MC base but I LOVE Florida!!! We have been stationed at several bases but Iwakuni,Japan was the BEST duty station EVER.

My husband is in Marine Aviation supply.. not all too exciting but I'm a marine wife non-the-less. Though these days he's talking about becoming a corpsman.. for the Marines of course.

I'm Ashley and like many others I'm also a marine wife. We've been married 3 years abut have been together for all 6 years of his enlistment so far. We have a 1 year old terror and a second on the way. We're currently stationed in Quantico, VA and we're at Pendleton before this. Some of my very best friends are other marine wives. We have the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and I embrace every minute of it! I love my husband, I resepct what he does and support him 110% and the fact that we get to experience new places and people all the time is just an added bonus. =0)

It is great to see so many strong and wonderful women that are all joined together through the Marine Corps. We all have a commow bond and can help each other so much. Like I said before I am a former Marine and I have seen many spouses become close and yet I have seen the total opposite. Lets try to be a better support group to each other.

I am a Marine Wife. My husband is a SSgt in for 10 years now. We are pending PCS orders to Japan come May. This is scary yet exciting. We have two children under the age of 2. We met in the Marine Corps back when I was still in. I am super excited that I found this Circle of Moms page and that there is a site for all of us Marine moms to get to know each other. anyone in Japan at camp courtney?

I am a Marine Wife, and Stationed at MCRD though we wil have orders in jan to go to Pendleton. We just bought a house in oceanside !! We have 4 children together and are loving the blessings that being in the military give us. (never in my life could I have ever met the most amazing people, nor been to the awesome places ...that is humbling to me :) My husband has been in for a while and is a lifer. :)

Marine Wife to an active duty Marine of 28 1/2 years....yes, he WILL retire soon! :) He's based at Ft. Myers (VA) we live in Northern VA near Dulles. Love it here. It's a blessing and a privilege to be who we are. It's not easy, but being married and/or having children never is. So the best thing I've ever done is to embrace it and teach my boys to be proud and never feel cheated.

Hi I am Julie and my husband is a Marine Ooh-rah!! We are stationed at Camp Lejeune right now my hubby is deployed in Afghanistan. I am in the hospital right now and due to my condition my husband had received a red cross message to come home on E-Leave he will be flyin out on or around the 17th Thank God because currently my two girls are without both parents however they are being well taken care of just kids needs at least one parent.

Your not alone consider yourself my Marine sister! I'm a newly wed of a wonderful Marine. We have been friends as teenagers and neighbors which is how we meet and went on our own path but after his return from Iraq we found out we were both single again went on date and after our first kiss fell in love and have been together since about 07 and another tour to Iraq. We now have a baby on the way and another deployment this time to Afgan and he is a grunt on top of it. I'm not an exspert on the Marine wife stuff but I can relate and am happy to know I'm not alone either. We are here in Cali I'm staying with my family in Pomona at the moment but God willing when he returns we will stationed at 29 palms and perhaps a year after may be headed to Camp Pendleton in San Diego CA

Hi, I'm Shelby...My husband has been in the marine corps now for 10 years...Hes a SSG, selected to Gunny, but also selected to Warrant Officer, so he is in Quantico now at WOBC, while me and the children are on Indian Head in MD...Its a very small Navy Base but a good many marines here due to the unit here. Its just that it SUCKS soooo bad here, everyone just sits in their house...LOL. I miss the actual Marine Corps bases, It was sooo great to be around so many like minds. I was on Lejeune in base housing for 8 years...Early morning coffee pow wows...Line dancing lessons, Hurricane parties...LOL, Bar-b-ques, Running from house to house, It was great, I can't wait to get out of here. We are going to Beaufort this summer so I'm hoping that between MCAS Beaufort, and Parris Island that there will be plenty more Marine wives for me to mingle with!!!
