Hey ladies. I'm new to this site as well as recruiting duty. I need advise on how my family can survive this duty. So far it has been up and down. My goal is to remain positive, however I am human. Thanks in advance ladies for you help.

Talk!! Talk talk talk... LOL I know how hard that is. I survived recruiting duty in a rural area. If you have to, try to arrange one night where you can stay up and he can stay awake a couple of hours after he gets home. Then talk. About the kids, about his job (he may need to vent), about anything. I gave up on sex. I was lucky if he felt up to it once every 10-14 days. However, as long as you both keep communicating, the intimacy will come back fairly easily. Good luck and it can be done (from someone who's been there)!
