Hi My name is Julie!!! Been a Marine Wife for 14yrs...been through 4 deployments and many other mini dets through the years...I don't have any questions....I've pretty much got being a Marine wife down to a science for what works for our family of 5. I will say, the MC has been good to us and good for us......

Hi, my name is Julie and we have been in almost 10 yrs, married for 9 yrs. we have two kids. We just got to Cherry Point from Beaufort. It is our second go round at Cherry Point our oldest was actually born here. We went through 3 deployments in 4 yrs at Beaufort, we have atleast 3 yrs with him home since he is doing instructor duty here at Cherry Point.

Hi, my name is Amanda, my husband has been in 10yrs, we have 2 kids Dylan 4 and Ashlynn 15months. We just moved back to Camp Lejeune, NC in January from Quantico, VA.........we were there for 3yrs. Hope to meet some great people on here

hello, im technically not a wife but we are engaged and we do have a 6 month old together so i hope you dont mind me being in here.
My fiance has been in for almost 5 years (will be getting out due to being shot in the hand...loooong story) like i said we have a 6 month old and have been through 1 deployment which i was pregnant through, my fiance met our son when he was 11 weeks old. We are in san diego at MCAS miramar

hey everyone, i'm technically not a marine wife, but my husband's a greenside corpsman, aka "Doc", so i always feel much closer to the marine wives than the navy ones. just saying hello!

Hi, I my son and I are preparing for our first move in 2 weeks. I am a new marine wife, my husband has been in for 10 months now, and we have been married for 7. I am excited to finally move! We are moving to Camp Pendleton. I really don't know much about the marines yet or what deployment is like.. but I am sure i'll learn soon enough.

Hello from PA! I have been married to my husband for a little over 11 years, and am a prior Navy Corpsman. We are currently on recruiting duty and can not wait to get back to the fleet. He is recruiting in a town where there is a small Army base. I can not believe the difference in the services and the wives. In the corps it seems like everyones husband has been deployed and we do a good job of joining together to help each other out. On this base I have met probably like 20 different wives who said that this will be the first time there husband has ever left and they need medication to make it threw. Wonder why we are all so much different?

Aloha from Hawaii! Thanks for posting Nicole. I've been a Marine wife for almost 10 years (we'll hit it in Sept!). We are getting ready to do our 4th deployment. The first 2, we did it with our son and by the 3rd, our daughter was almost 3... Not easy no matter how many we do! Learning to cope and to keep moving forward is the way I get past the separation, especially for the kids. But anywho.... Glad to see your post from a fellow Marine wife! Semper Fi. Aloha!

We are stationed at PI on the drill field. We were at Lejeune and did 2 deployments before we came here. We have two little kids and have been married for 5yrs.

Semper Fi!! Marine wife (he's inactive now) with two kids.I was always patriotic before but even more so after marraige (almost 7 years now). With all our family we have every branch of service covered except the Coast Gaurd. Good luck with your re-enlistment.
