has anyone had benefits transferred to them yet? i need to know a step by step process because nowhere says exactly how to do it and my husband is injured and has a lot on his plate. i do not live near a base so i do not know what to do or where to go. i cant really count on my husband for anything unless it has to do with him...he is pretty unreliable. thats a whole other convo tho...grrrr!!!

also, is mycaa going to start accepting new applicants anytime soon?
