You should call the doctor. I just took my son for his 1 yr checkup, and the information sheet they gave me specifically says "Baby should be seen if he/she develops a fever of 102.5 or higher." Don't assume it's just a "bug", because often it's not. My older son developed a 104+ fever suddenly when he was 15 months old, and I was told to take him to the ER. He had no other symptoms. They ran some tests & he had pneumonia! This has happened twice, so we don't mess around when it comes to high fevers.

Alternate Tylenol and motrin q6h and it if persist call the doctor. Is the baby teething, pulling at ears....or are they overall themselves, do they have a cough or sound congested..if they have a cough, I'd take them in to rule out any respiratory issues...

No contest, I would use doTERRA's peppermint essential oil and apply to the bottoms of the feet. It brings down the temperature and is totally safe for babies! (and smells great...)

I'm sorry..q6h...I meant every 6 hours, I worked last night..still in nurse mode..lol
