so is there anyone out there who lives here in Dayton?! my husband is deployed and im desperate for some adult conversation that doesn't revolve around hair (im a mom of two kids who are 2 and 4 months. and im also a cosmo student) anyway, just thought i would give it a shot. give me a shout, if anything i need to talk to someone about how creepy this base is!

Hi! I'm currently at WP. Im a mother of 2 also 2yrs and 5 yrs. My Husband is full time Army. Don't hold it against us. lol.

I'm not currently at WPAFB either, but that was our last base. We are at Aviano now & I'll tell you I would go back to Wright Patt in a heart beat after being here for nearly 3 years! Don't get me wrong I love Europe, but not the base. Where in relation to Wright Patt do you live? The new housing area or on base in area A or on the economy? Where does your husband work? I worked at Hospice of Dayton when I was there. I still have a lot of friends in that area. Beavercreek, Centerville, Fairborn, etc. My kids went to school in Fairborn. Let me know if you want to talk about whatever.

Hey! I'm not currently at Wright Patterson, but that is the dream base for my hubby and I. Its just a few hours away from both our hometowns. How is it there? I've tried looking at the website, but I now have experience that the website doesn't always show exactly what you're getting yourself into on a base.
