had it removed Oct 08...concieved Feb/Mar 09...had a BEAUTIFUL baby girl Nov 09!! Hope this helped!! (PS just had another mirena put in today...I LOVE IT!!!)

I got mine removed three weeks ago, and we have been trying to conceive for the last week (which obviously we won't know for a bit). I have been reading on other mom cites (I have been wondering the same question as you) that some women get pregnant in the first month, while others have been trying for 3-6 months with no luck. I think it just depends on how your body reacted to Mirena and how quickly the hormones left your body after the mirena removal. Good luck TTCing!
