You go, girl! I'm proud of you! Gotta keep busy! A former boss once told me, " a happy wife is a happy home"! Take care of yourself, and it emanates to the rest of our household! LOL

Its true when they the 40s is the new 30s. You look great! You even look younger than 30. You motivate me to keep on this journey to welness and fitness. I'm 42 and I love to run, and shoot hoops with my kids. We are a basketball, Soccer, gymnastics and dance family, so we stay busy and since I'm also competitive I'm right there coaching my kids to do their best. I coached my Daughters 3rd grade basketball team and doing that gave me a lot of extra exercise teaching drills and all.

Unfortunately, where I live, there's no organized team sports for adult women, only for men! I guess it's ok; I'm too competitive! LOL So, I just play baseball whenever I get a chance with my teen boys and hubby, Occasional swimming and volleyball, but I workout a lot. I'm 45 so, I've slowed down a bit. I still love to dance, and at my age, dancing becomes a sport itself! LOL
