Yes, in my opinion it does. I'm assuming that you're talking about your own sex drive. The more you exercise the better.
I also recommend a couple books by a marriage counselor named Dr. Willard Harley. "His Needs, Her Needs" & "Love Busters" can change your relationship so much that you will want more sex! This program saved my marriage, it works.

Definitly help to workout! You feel better about uself. In the bedroom you feel sexier too.Im a true beleiver the more u workout the easier is to have a orgasm too.:)Cause u enjoy the moment rather then concentrating on a body part you dont want u mate to see.

i think if you have a healthy body you will feel more comfortable with yourself and would have no problem in the bedroom.

Maria Olsen's got it right. Though if you don't overdo it at the gym... Sometimes you feel a bit more, electric.

I agree and our husbands love it when we are confident in our skin, know matter if we are at our ideal weight or not. If we show sexiness they really get turned on by that. So ladies turn on the lights and have FUN! with your hubby, and yes keep working out it also gives you energy:)

I would say yes, because you feel better about yourself and that matters.

And you know it! When you think about it, this is the only body we have and we might as well take care of it and look the best we can! And enjoy ALL the benefits of working out! LOL

I would say yes in many ways. You feel better about yourself. When you see results and look better in your clothes you will feel sexier. I think your strengthening muscles that help you during sex. Try to squeeze and do kegles while you do certain exercises. Remember your sex drive is controlled by the type of mindset you have about yourself and sex.

Personally, it also depends on the time you put out on your exercise and the intensity. Sometimes, you're too worn out with your workout, you feel drained and the sex drive is not there. Or, if you're working out so late in the evenings, you come home exhausted and you just can't get the sex meter going, so to speak! LOL

I would say yes, because I have been taking Pole Dancing Fitness classes for a year now. I have lost 18 lbs.and I have muscles now. No STRIPPING it is an aerobic workout. Check out the info below. It gives you an idea about my workout, and yes it is hard. *I AM NOT A PAID ACTOR OR MARKETER FOR GODDESS* I have invited other mom's in my class to my circle. I hope this helps. You may find another way of exercising.
